Providing and Fixing SPRING POST 750 MM with following Minimum specification The body of Spring Post should be Single moulded and made of special virgin flexible material PU (Polyurethane) in highly visible fluorescent orange colour Two or more bands of special Heat Transfer tape of a minimum 75 mm width should be pasted through Heat Transfer Pasting Technology around the Spring Post Special epoxy bond is used to fix the spring post with road surface. Springs/Rings should be molded in the Spring Post to ensure complete flexibility of the product. Holes of 10 mm dia should be provided on the base for better gripping on road. Dimensions of the spring post should be Height of the post 750 mm. Bottom Dia of the post 200 mm Pipe Di 75 mm Nails for fixing having 100 mm Length and 10 mm dia approx Weight of the Spring Post should be Miniumum 850 grams

Providing and fixing RUMBLE STRIP 21 MM with following Specifiction Technical Specifications: Rumble Strip should be made out of special PU (Poly Urethane) material. Dimension of one strip should be: Length: 500 mm Width: 125 mm Height: 21 mm approx. Weight of one strip should be 650 grams and 1300 grams per mtr approx It should have UV Stabilized so it doesn't fade or discolored even after long time. Rumble strip should be available In Yellow & black combination for better visibility from a long distance. Special epoxy bond should be used to fix the strip on the road surface. Rumble Strip should be tested for Material Identification for Poly Urethane (PU) as per ASTM D3418. Its UV Stabilized should be tested for 24 hours as per ASTM G154. Rumble Strip should be tested and pass for Load Capacity of 50 mt.

Marking Centre Line and stop lines etc. on road as per IRC pattern with thermoplastic paint of approved quality and make with 8% glass beads laid on the road surface at temperature 160" C with a special applicator machine complete with a special applicator machine complete with labour material and traffic diversion arrangements.
