S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.

M&L for preparing of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L PCC Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in roof kerbs, mud stops or chamfered on edges by admixing necessary WPC of Dr. Fixit @ 200 ml per Bag of cement to complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.)

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Demolition of cement concrete in roof surface including removal of old tarfelt, plastering, concrete mugs,etc up to the original RCC roof level all as specied and directed.

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) of 25mm average thickness in two layers as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm).

Water proofing treatment with water base polyurethane modified dispersion shall be carried out all as specified as under: - (a) Mechanical cleaning of surface to make it free from any bituminous residue / dirt. Oil and greese etc all as directed by GE / Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Cracks treatment by cutting open cracks and cleaning it from dirt loose materials etc and filling with polyurethane based sealant with and including application of PU based primer all as directed by GE / Engineer-in-Charge. (c) Applying water based polyurethane modified dispersion (single component cold applied, non toxic, VOC complaint) in 03 coats including 01 coat of primer of same material after dilution of water at 50% or specific primer matching same material as per manufacturer specification and as directed by GE / Engineer-in-Charge. Properties of polyurethane based chemical shall be as follows: -

(i) Highly elastic (ii) UV resistance (iii) Adhesion to concrete > 1N/Sqmm. (iv) Tensile strength - not less than 2.0N/Sq.mm for free film. (v) Elongation - not less than 300%. (vi) Solid content by weight - not less than 60%. (vii) Air / water perimeability BSEN 12390 at 5 bar - 72 hours should be NIL and minimum dry film thickness of water proofing membrane must be 1.0m. (viii) Accelarated weathering (ASTM 453): Pass 1000 hours. (ix) Reaction to fire - non inflammable. Note: (i) To be applied by the manufacturer's authorized applicator only. Contractor has to provide manufacturer's test certificate for the above mentioned technical parameters and purchase Vrs. (ii) Removal of existing treatment to be paid separately. (iii) Roof top to be ensured to avoid water ponding. (iv) For accessible terrace and inaccessible terrace, 300mm height of vertical surface / parapet wall to be treated with same specification of slab. Make: Berger, Fosroc, or any other make approved by E-in-C's Branch for PU based water proofing treatment.

Demolitionf of PCC in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6 typeC-2,(40mm graded aggregate) 75mm thick as plinth protection.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m radius in plain built in CM 1:4.

M & L plain cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ in copings, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work.

Taking down cement plaster on wall / ceiling surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc receive new plaster all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new decorated surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparing old wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on walls all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plasterd surfaces of wall and applying 1 mm thick paris putty to prepare the new surface even and smooth and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

M&L for preparation of old plasterd surfaces of wall and applying 1 mm thick paris putty to prepare the old surface even and smooth and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-1 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
