M&L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortor (1:6) for laying floor finishes. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7-8 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match fixed over and including 15mm thick rendering on brick work/concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) for skirting /dado finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of pressed steel frame complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 35mm thick plain framed panelled door shutter, factory made (any number of panels) of 2nd class hard wood with lock rail and panels of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces including 2nd class hard wood kail beading 20mm wide tapering from 10mm to 5 mm on one side of shutter & fitted to chowkhats.
