Supply and fixing of fire retardant electrically insulated synthetic mat of class C, 2 mm thick suitable for 11KV AC grade and 240V DC system meeting requirements of IS 15652:2006 tested for breakdown strength, tensile/elongation, aging properties, insulation resistance, effect to acid, alkaline, diesel, transformer oil & leakage current test, fire test etc. having minimum width of 1000 mm ± 20 mm along with all allied materials such as Pu-resin, Chemi bound, special PVC adhesive, liquid primer etc.

Providing of set of 4 Nos. 9.5 Litre capacity GI bucket painted in post office red colour with prior coat of red oxide paint and written with white paint ‘FIRE’ and mounted on MS angle iron frame with bracket of appropriate size & capacity i/c filling sand etc. (MS angle iron size 40mm X 40mm X5mm, length 4.6 metre)

Supply of following sizes of Copper Power Cables,multi stranded conductor, XLPE Insulated, Armoured ,PVC innersheathed,1100V grade as per IS 7098(Part 1) 1988.

Supply of suspended type Industrial bay LED light (70 Watt) comprising of LED’s of approved make with Constant current output driver, It has a system level lumen output not less thanlumens with luminaire efficacy of not less than 100 lm/W, CCT from 3000K to 6500K , suitable for indoor applications complete as per technical specifications. (Similar to Havells CAT No. GAZELLAHBP80WLED857PBOPC or equivalent as per list of Approved make).

Supply of 45 W LED road lighting lumanarie consisting of single piece, integral, grey powder coated high pressure die-cast alminium housing, conecting strip, including power driver should having surge protection upto 8KV complete as required suitable for operation on 230V, 50 Hz AC supply. (Havells ENDURASUNBEAMSL45WLED757SASYTOPC (OR) EQUIVALENT as per list of Approved make).

Supplyof LED decorative post top luminaire (35 Watt)consisting of a high-pressure powder coated die-cast aluminium housing suitable for vertical mounting on decorative pole (BOQ item no. 10) having system lumen output not less than 3500 lumens and system efficacy of not less than 100 lumens per watt ,complete with driver and all accessories suitable for outdoor applications completeasper technical specifications. (Similar to Havells CAT No.VICTORIAPT35WLED757PSYMTOTG or equivalent).

Supply of decorative electric light poles, height 2.7 mtr to 3.00 mtr, constructed from mild steel or aluminum, finishes powder coating or hot-dip galvanization, shapes round or polygonal designs. with suitable bracket for installation of post top luminairet suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 (but not less than 50 m/sec.), fabricated out of 3 mm MS plate in single section, suitable for installation on a precast foundation with supply of 4 nos. of foundation bolt & anchor plate, rigid flange plate (200x200x12mm min.) welded with the base of pole for fixing on foundation bolts complete as reqd. for structural stability as specified, weather proof and vandal resistant door flush with the exterior surface containing a terminal plate of 5 mm thick backlite sheet with 32 Amp heavy duty connector for loop in loop out cable terminations suitable for upto two numbers 4 core 6 Sq.mm cables & 10A DP MCB for each fixture connections, earthing bolts for continuous earth connection complete as required & as specified.( Suitable for BOQ item no. 9)

Supply of Single arm standared bracket not less than 500 mm+500 mm with suitable length Each and made of 40 mm dia pipe having suitable nipple of size 32mm dia GI pipe to hold the fittings with tilt angle including in built arrangement for incoming cable termination with 20A 4P connector. complete as required as per EIC for the following Heights.

Erection of decorative electric light pole with all accessories in reinforced cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling including positioning of template & foundation bolts (supplied with pole to match with pole base plate) & providing and fixing of DWC HDPE pipe of size 50 mm dia (2 pieces of min. 0.75 m length) in the foundation for loop-in-loop-out of the cable to the pole complete as required and as specified. (Suitable for BOQ item no. 10)

Installation, testing and commissioning of decorative Post Top light fitting with all accessories on existing decorative Post Top light pole of 2.7 to 3 mtr height with bracket, including supplying and drawing of 3core 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible copper conductor cable from loop-in-loop-out box upto the individual post top light fitting(s), connection etc. complete as required & as specified.

Installation of the Single arm standard bracket for street light on roof of building fixing with nut bolt, clamp etc suitable support on wall as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting / compact fluorescent fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, including connection with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Finishing with Epoxy paint ( two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturers specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete on the steel work .Colour of paint shall be decided by the EIC.

Lettering with Black Japan paint or other approved colour of approved brand and manufacturer.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of double skin construction fan (For Heat Exhaust) sections suitable for outdoor duty. The unit shall be complete with belt driven double inlet double width, backward curved centrifugal fan, squirrel cage induction motor, vibration isolators, canvass connections, belt drive, pulley mounted on motor and fan shaft, belt guard mounted within the housing, The motor shall be suitable for operation on 3 Phase, 415 +/- 10% V, 50 Hz AC supply.
