Providing pre constructional Anti-termite treatment for the construction of building including cost of chemicals labour as per standard specification, Labour for preparing the area for treatment by spreading chemicals and other incidental charges complete. the rate shall be inclusive of giving anti termite treatment to the building for the following four stages Stage.1.spraying anit-termite treatment chemicals solution for foundation concrete surface laying the foundation concrete bottom and sides of the foundation. Stage.II.. Spraying anti-termite chemical solution to the grade beam level spraying for the grade beams, brick, masonry in superstructure in contact with the back fill earth. Stage.III. Spraying anti-termite treatment, chemicals solution on sand for the flooring before laying the flooring zone, Treatment has to be carried out by making crow bar holes at an interval of 12" to a depth of 8" on the sand filling in basement. Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as vertical slab, side slabs of boxing, vertical drops, facia, vertical wall, etc. using mild steel sheets of size 1200cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm for boarding, laid with silver oak joists of size 10cm x 5cm & 7.5cm x 5cm as support runner, Top Horizontal stiffener spaced at about 60cm to 90cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals. MS Channel Section (ISMC 100) shall be provided as a vertical support @1.20m C/C and with Lateral support of Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) & steel pipes of 20mm dia @ required level/spacing etc. complete complying with standard specifcation and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying and fixing Kwik stage propping for carrying design load carrying capacity and with stand any side movements of design load with necessary 50mm dia MS pipe cross bracings at spacing each row 1mx1m horizontally and vertically connecting each propping arrangements fully engaged each other with coupler bracings suitably placed at various levels (DOUGLAS) and hSevenths with plywood of 19mm thick board connecting with suitable scaffolding form work like Laced and Braced arrangements as per standard design and as directed by the departmental officers,etc.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade using In-situ Concrete batching plant/ Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) adopting weigh batch method in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including Conveyance of concrete from batching plant to Work site, Electricity charges and other works & labour cost involved for concrete production, laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothly with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (water proof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. (The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (water proof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coats of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc.,complete. The putty should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Underground structures waterproofing with HDPE membrane Providing and laying water proofing treatment to the Rafts, Below grade slab, Lift pits, water retaining structures with fully bonded 1.5 mm thick HDPE waterproofing pressure sensitive adhesive membrane over PCC before laying raft concrete having higher puncture resistance of 1000N as per ASTM E 154, confirming to BS 8102 & IS 16471:2017, requirements of UG waterproofing structures. Laying adjacent sheets by keeping overlap of 75mm, end overlaps to be treated using double sided tape. The membrane shall have Tensile strength >25 Mpa as per ASTM D 412, Elongation > 500% as per ASTM D 412, Hydrostatic head resistance >70m head of water as per ASTM D 5385, Low Temperature Flexibility: -25 deg C, Peel Adhesion to Concrete >880 N/m as per ASTM D 903 Modified, UV Exposure > 45 Days. The finished cost including surface preparation completely as per specification.

Providing Polymer Coating (Water Proof Coating) for sunken portion of toilet with following specification and the surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foregin, matters lose materials or any other deposits of contamination by rubbing with wire brush. Slurry: Dry blend and polymer liquid blend shall be mixed into the desired ratio as per recommendation of the supplier. The mix shall be stirred thoroughly until no bubbles remain in the mix. Any lumps found in mix shall be removed. Apply first coat of polymer modified cementitious slurry by brush on wet cleaned surface. After drying, second coat shall be applied on the first coat as directed by the departmental officers etc. The rate inclusive of cost of materials and labour, etc., complete.

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Kota stone slabs of size 600 x 600 below 20mm thick with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., complete complying with standard speicification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work)

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of following size and Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., complete complying with standard speicification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work)

Paving the floor with best approved quality machine mirror polished italian marble slab of approved colour and approved texture of size 1200 x 600 of 18/20mm thick with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The marble slab shall be laid over the cement mortar by applying cement slurry in between base mortar and marble slab and pointed with white cement neatly including polishing with polishing stone and oxalic acid etc. so as to perfectly smooth and glossy and including hire charges for polishing machine and power consumption charges etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The marble slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work).

Paving the floor with best approved quality rough Granite Stone Slabs of size 600mmx600mm not less than 50mm thick with Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., complete complying with standard speicification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work)

Paving the floor with Tactile Paver Type of New Tek BT Yellow Colour Ceramic Tiles of size 305 x 305 x 15mm for Vision Impairment Person laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

VINYL FLOORING WITH SELF LEVELING FOR It should be with 2mm antistatic seamless PVC flooring of Medical grade (Antibacterial) for all OTs. Floor should be smooth, non-slip, impervious material conductive enough to dissipate static electricity but not conductive enough to endanger personnel from electric shock. Electrostatic charge dissipation combat PVC seamless flooring of very high quality should be provided. Thickness not less than 2 mm. Continuous roll should be used and joints should be welded by special PVC thermal welding units using PVC welding bars of same colour The sheets should be highly durable with resistance to shock and indentation. It should be scratchproof also. The conductive material should be uniformly impregnated as grains. It should be inert to body fluids, chemicals and disinfectants. Should not be affected by temperature variation within the OT. The floor should efficiently discharge electric charges up to 2 kV Flooring should be done by skilled workers of accredited agencies authorized by the supplier of PVC sheets. The electrical resistance (point to ground) should be within 2.5x104 to 5x106 ohms. The floor should not allow build up of electrical charge beyond 100 volts due to antistatic effect. The corners should not be terminated sharply and concealed cove- former (aluminium) should be used to overlap the wall panel to a height of approx.25mm and sealed perfectly and uniformly. Dadooing the walls with best quality Glazed Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement and three M-sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be Johnson / Kajaria / Somany / Nitco / RAK /equivalent)which has to be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Providing and Fixing of PVC Trims (Corner beeding) at the outer corner profiles of the tiles including cost of material, labour and handling etc. as directed by departmental engineers at site of work and as per standard specification.

3.ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE:- Acoustic enclosure shall be powder coated and fabricated of 16 SWG CRCA MS sheet.The silent canopy shall be of nut bolt type construction. Critical processes of punching are done on CNC Machine to maintain dimensional accuracy of holewithin 0.1mm Powder coating done after seven – tank surface preparation process of sheet metal. Canopy panel and doors shall have inside lining of FIRE RETARDANT 64 Kg/m density mineral wool of 100mm thickness as Acoustic material. Four hinged doors shall be provided to canopy. The average sound level at 1 Mt distance shall be less than 75 DBA average or as per CPCB norms. Surface treatment – Painting: The enclosure surface shall be suitably treated for degreasing de-rusting and posphating. The canopies are passed through seven – tank treatment thoroughly. Additional features of canopies: Canopy fabricated on CNC machines with dimensional accuracy of 0.1 mm so as to increase its durability. Special designed supporting rips/structures are used in canopies so as to give sturdiness and to reduce the vibrations of the DG

sets if any World class Cooling package: Canopies shall have cooling package for which it can also perform at 45 degree C/ambient temperature.No grouting required on the ground, only a level surface capable of with standing the DG weight.Lifting hooks shall be provided for the acoustic enclosure, which should be unloaded independently of the DG set. 1150.00 30250.00 The Gen set frame shall also be provided with hooks for unloading Temperature rise inside the canopy: difference between ambient and air inlet at cleaner within the enclosure well within 5-7 deg centigrade. 4. It is duly painted and fitted with inlet and outlet connection and mechanical fuel gauge. Fuel tank can be easily removed for clearing or any maintenance.

5. BASE FRAME : The base frame should be fabricated in sheet metal. The base frame is rugged in construction and designed for mounting engine and brush less alternator closely coupled, with cross members mounted on AVM. The base frame shall be have provision for mounting of acoustic enclosure on it. The supply of generator set includes loading. Unloading and transportation charges. 6.
