Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone / boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Precast cast RCC manhole cover of any description set in Cement mortar including removal of debries, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone wall / ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm dia bore HDPE DWC/salt glazed stoneware drain pipe including PCC packing under hunching against the sides of pipe bed and complete PCC bedding and removal of debries all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up 200 mm dia bore HDPE DWC/salt glazed stoneware drain pipe including PCC packing under hunching against the sides of pipe bed and complete PCC bedding and removal of debries all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150 mm bore, HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches for sewage pipe complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 200 mm bore, HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches for sewage pipe complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Concrete bed to 150 mm bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid in cement concret 1:3:6 (Nominal mix) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate and tested, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Concrete bed to 200 mm bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid in cement concret 1:3:6 (Nominal mix) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate and tested, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting & removing 150 / 200 mm dia drain pipe from existing manhole and inserting new drain pipe of dia 150 / 200 mm, making good disturbed surface & benching with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 16.00 above here-in-before but except bricks. Note:- Old brick retrieved vide item No 4.00 above shall be reused.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in benching /coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including form work and finishing all exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick masonary wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing only intergral water proofing compound in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in cover slab for soakage well / manhole and similar works supported on walls and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Reinforcement steel will be measured & paid separately

M&L for TMT steel bars 8 mm to 10 mm dia in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of 150 mm bore underground sewage pipe (Cleaning length n.exc 30 m from manhole to manhole or from manhole to septic tank) including taking off manhole cover and cleaning of manholes of any size and depth and removing waste material / sludge to a distance of n.exc 300 m and burrying in a pit and replacing manhole cover in position after cleaning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

All as per item No 23.00 above but 200 mm bore sewage line, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blockage WC of pedestal / squatt pattern upto 1st manhole and making the drian pipe of any size full functional by flushing with water to entire satisfaction of engr in charge including cleaning of 1st manhole and removing the waste material / sludge etc to a distance n. exe 300m and burying the same in pits and spreading the area with bleaching powder complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

Cleaning of blockage from floor trap of bath room & kitchen etc upto 1st manhole including cleaning of gully / trap and removing the waste material / sludge etc to a distance n. exec 300 m and burying the same in pits and spreading the area with bleaching powder complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge.

Dewatering of soakage well of any depth in any position by pumping out and removing outside Military/Defence land by mechanical means (trolley mounted) and burying in pits all as directed including digging of pits in any type of soil and covering pits with earth after absorption of water and including providing and spreading required quantity of bleaching powder around the pit or dispose of waste material as per state protocol including taking down of slab cover and refixing the same CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

De-sludging of septic tank of any capacity including connected intercepting chamber, manhole shaft, sludge chamber & filter beds of any description and in any position by pumping out and removing of sludge outside Military/ Defence land by mechanical means (trolly mounted) and burying in pits all as directed including digging of pits in any type of soil and covering pits with earth after filling of sludge and including providing and spearding required qty of bleaching powder or dispose of waste material complete as per state protocol, including taking down of slab cover and placing the same in existing postion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for Item No 23 to 28:- (a) Cost of excavation and earth work for pits for burrying the waste / sludge etc shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. (b) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge without any extra cost. (c) All types of equipments and safety kit required for working in foul condition shall be provided by the contractor to his workmen. The Engineer-in-Charge shall verify these aspects during currency of work. Al precautions / safety measures shall be kept in mind during execution of work. (d) Contractor will deploy at least 01 sewage cleaning person and 01 supervisor during the day hours. Supervisor will take complaint slip of sewage block daily from concerned JE for attending day to day complaints. Contractor's quoted rates shall be deemed to include for the same and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

S&F in repair PVC low level flushing cistern, valveless, syphonic action type, double push botton, 10 litres capacity with inlet, ball valve float and handle with and including brackets & PVC bend pipe 32 mm dia of required length and making connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair white vitreous China wash hand basin (Flat back) of size 580 x 450 mm fixed on and including new brackets complete including 32 mm size brass chromium plated waste coupling, 750 mm long PVC waste pipe, etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 15 mm size Brass CP mixer for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
