Preparing surfaces black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen VG-30 at rate of 05 kg per 10 sq meters of road surface.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) of paving bitumen any penetration with using binder content (VG-30) 4% by weight of total mix complete . Rolling with static power roller of capacity 8 to 12 ton complete all as directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete (SDAC) 40 mm thick (mixed in central computerized hot mix plant) consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical self propelled paver and rolled with mechanical vibratory power roller 8 to 12 tonnes capacity, complete all as directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n.exc 10cm wide on roads pavments with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturesers instruction complete all as directed

Supply and fix for solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono crystalline solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd all as per manufacturers instructions etc.complete all as directed. Make:- DHRUV of Dark eye or equivalent of 3M / Sun Eyez / M/s Texla Plastic & Metal Pvt Ltd ./ M/s Automat Road Safety Pvt Ltd.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as directed.

M&L for Plain cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M & L for Mild steel bars 10mm dia TMT Bars and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality conforming to complete all as directed.

M & L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on wall ,Chajjas,deck slab Shelves/tank staging etc. Complete all as directed.

Use & waste form work to soffits of suspended slab such as floor or roof slab, chajjas and similar work not exc 200 mm thick (Horizontal or slopeing) rough finished complete. Complete all as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. Complete all as directed.
