Erection of Metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required. Above 8.0 mtrs. And upto 10.0 mtrs.

Erection of Metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required. Above 10 mtrs. And upto 12 mtrs.

Erection of angle iron / channel iron cross arm on wood/ RCC /PCC / Steel tubular / Rail pole etc. as reqd.

Supply & Erection of 75mm x 90mm shackle Insulator with GI Bolts, Nuts and straps etc as reqd .

Supply & Erection of 100mm x 65mm pin Insulator complete with G.I. Spindle and nuts etc. as reqd .

Erection of LV/MV shackel/pin insulator etc as reqd.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 72.11 mm to 7/3.00 mm diameter including binding etc as reqd.

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ alluminium over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required.

Supplying & erection of stay Set complete(galvanized) with 19/20 mm diaX 1.8 mtrs long stay rod ,anchor plate of size 45cmx45cmx7.5mm thimble, stay clamps, bow tightener, 7/3.15 mm dia GI stay wire and strain insulator etc. in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Dismantling & Erection of all type of LED Light fittings as required.

Supply of clamps with M.S. nut,bolts and washers as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 Mtr long, 40mm dia., including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover palte having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal /cock and salt etc., as required.

Erection of G.I wire 6/8 SWG including binding etc as required.

Erection of G.I pipe boom for street light bracketof 40 mm dia on lighting pole etc as required.

Supply of 6 SWG G.I wire.

Erection of Cradle Guard as required.

Supply & fixing of Anti Climb spikes for LT poles made with 2mtr MS Angle (35X35X5), 5Mtr G.I. barbed wire etc as per instruction.

Supplying of channel iron 75mm x 40mm x 6mm cross arm for 4 wire OH line complete with clamps,bols, nuts & washer etc. including drilling of holes for insulator pin Sets and painting with primer & finish paint etc as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for 2 wire over head line complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc including drilling of holes for insulator pins etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as reauired for any type of LED flood light fittings.

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work (Full Pole Painting)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work (1mtr length for pole demarcation)

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture (For pole & feeder numbering) {260Nos pole X 10 Nos letter X 5.5cm per letter)

Supply of 16 mm X 50 mm bolts and nuts with washer

Supplying and making outdoor end termination with cast resin compound including aluminium lugs and other jointing materials for 3 1/2 X 50Sq mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making outdoor end termination with cast resin compound including aluminium lugs and other jointing materials for 3 1/2 X 70 Sq mmof PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 70sq mm 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required:

Supply of PVC Electrical Insulation Tape 6mtr X 1.70cm X 0.125mm length as reqd.

Supply of Empire Tape, Size 20Mtr X 0.25 mm X 19 mm in roll as reqd.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
