Item Description/ Heading
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.
Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing G.I. Union in existing G.I. pipe line, cutting and threading the pipe and making long screws, including excavation, refilling the earth or cutting of wall and making good the same complete wherever required :25 mm nominal bore
Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, ISI : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Provision & installation of Solar powered submersible Auto run & stop DC pump Motor 2 HP (1800 Wp) of stainless steel suitable for minimum 125mmx115mm bore well operating head 60.00 m discharge rate minimum 2000 LPH with lowering up to 57.00m suitable dia HDPE pipe & 2.5 sqmmx 3core flat submersible cable of IS694:1190 including monol/Poly Crystalline PVC array (1800 Wp) mounted on steel structure for storage water tank (5.00m high) in a suitable direction to optimize panel uses and withstand the wind pressure upto 200 km/hour & making suitable arragngements to operated Hand pump manually in the same bore when there is no solar power including 5 years warranty against defects in materials and workmanship with locking arrangement of switch board the system should be ECO-friendly.
Supplying all labours, tools & equipments for dismnatling of head and water tank asseby and taking out 32 mm dia old G.I pipe, connection road, clylinder assembly the dismnatled components after necessary changing for making the T/W in good condition with all transportation including unused taken out materials back in store all complete job as per direction of E/I.
Labour for boring through any type of soil for sinking tube well of required dia. With top enlargement by rigboring system (either by reserve circulation or by direct rotary method) Including hire charges and labour for rig machine, tools and plants, staging, force pumping set and making arragement for water required for boring etc complete .Bore dia 150 mm with top enlargement of 200 mm dia. (upto 50 metre.) From 0.00 to 90.00 metre.
Labour for boring through any type of soil for sinking tube well of required dia. With top enlargement by rigboring system (either by reserve circulation or by direct rotary method) Including hire charges and labour for rig machine, tools and plants, staging, force pumping set and making arragement for water required for boring etc complete .Bore dia 150 mm with top enlargement of 200 mm dia. (upto 50 metre.) From 0.00 to 150.00 metre.
Development of tube well in accordance with IS: 2800 (part I) and IS: 11189 to establish maximum rate of usable water yield with out sand content (beyond premissible limit), with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by "V" notch method or any other approved method measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method, collecting water sampless & getting tested in approved laboratory, I/C disinfection of tubewell all complete, including hire & labour charges of air compressor, tools & accessories etc. all as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) FE 410 plain slotted (having slot of size 1.6/3.2 mm) mild steel threaded and socketed/ plain bevel ended pipe (type A) of required dia, conforming to IS: 8110, of reputed and approved make, having wall thickness not less than 5.40 mm, including painted with outside surface with two coats of anticorrosive bitumestic paint of approved brand and manufacture, includin hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories, all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 200mm norminal size dia.
