Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10Sqm on plan, including dressing of sides s and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: All kind of soil.

Providing and fixing G.I. Pipes complete with G.I. Fittings excluding trenching and refilling etc. (external work) (rate to be quoted including carriage by MT/HL complete job). G.I. Pipe 15mmØ (completed job including carriages)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Providing & fixing G.I. Union in G.I. Pipes including cutting and threading the pipe and making long screw etc. complete (new work). G.I. Pipe 20mmØ Overleap

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchors blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc. upto floor V level, including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and finishing with: 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and corrugated G.S. Sheet roofing including vertical curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hook bolt and nut 8mmØ with bitumen and G.I. Limpet Washer filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coat of approved pain or over lapping of sheet complete 0.63mm thick with zinc coated not less then 275/gram/m2

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square, or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc. including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer including welding and bolted with special shaped washer etc. complete. Not finished welded type tubes.

Mild steel round bar 12mm dia and below.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of foam work for foundation footing base and column etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI: 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fitting and the base support for tank.
