M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for refixing machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm and thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment all as specified.

S&F stone kerb of machine pressed coloured glossy finish precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, finished at top bullnosed shape and finished surface even and smooth using two coats of epoxy paint and jointed in CM (1:6) struck finished as directed laid with depth of block vertically.

Demolition of stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

Pre - cast solid block cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonary with solid blocks built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs landings and similar works not exc 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to edges of slab exc 10cm but n exc 20cm thick

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hopping for columns hooking ends and binding with and clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending sprially for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth with out using exrtra cement as on walls complete.

M& L for Preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on external surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of steel surface and applying one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of Epoxy anticorrosive paint over 10 cm width or girth.
