Demolition of Unreinforced Cement Concrete structure

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonery, built in cement motar.

M & L for R.C.C, M20, 20mm graded aggregate in Walls, retaining walls,basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses walls.

Material and Labour for Formwork to faces of walls,retaining walls, abutments,parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses,etc.; vertical or to batter.

Material and Labour for Providing precast slab using type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in landing cover slab set in CM 1:4.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Earth work excavation in hard/ dense soil for foundation width and depth not exceeding 1.50m and getting out.

Material and labour for hard core using broken stone of gauge not exceeding 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick watered and rammed to through surface.

Laying and compacting 600 mm thick (compacted thickness) each layer not exceeding 150mm Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag, or combination thereof as per the grading required The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013.

Laying and compacting 300mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM)WMM laid in three IayerS of 75 mm each. grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH :specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013

Supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over tack coat/sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300mm.

Material and Labour for stone sett flooring with stone setts of size 200 to 250mm long,150 to 200mm wide and 150mm deep and sides dressed; bedded in cement mortar 1:3, joints 20mm thick; grouted in cement mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metallic floor hardner 5% by weight of cement and struck.

M & L for P.C.C 1:4:8, D2 type using 40mm graded aggregated in foundation.

Material and labour for Polycarbonite sheet 2mm thick to suit the existing roof profile as in roof covering/cladding to wall self drilling/self tapping anticorrisive serews with EPDM seal complete all as per manfacturers specification and instructions and as approved and as directed,by considering the dimension & including all necessary sceaffolding and safty aspects complete. The height of work excedding 10 meters from the average ground level.

Material and labour for painting steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or grith with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including preparing new surfaces.

S&F of Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugatted steel and plain sheet both 0.50mm (TCT) thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa with 50 mm thick PUF panelssandwitched between top and bottom galvalume sheets .50mm TCTas in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self drilling / self tapping anti corrisive screws with EPDM seal/screw cap complete all as per manfacturers specifications and instructions and as approved and as directed, by considering the dimensions & consideing the dimension & height including all necessary scaffolding and safety aspects complete.

S &F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws/screw cap as specified .

M & L for providing Vaccum dewatering system to remove excess water from the laid/green concrete by providing suction mat on the freshly laid concrete which will not allow cement pater to flow out and the suction pump are then started immediately to remove the excess water. The suction time normally 20 to 30 minutes or as specified and as required at site and making the surface hard enough to enable carry the floating operation using mechancial trowel. The rate includes vaccum dewatering system and finshing the surface using mechanical trowel.

Forming 25 mm width expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of PQC. Early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. The joint then filled with pre-molded 25 mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified, thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia, over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS- 5212, BS 4254 and EN-141gzc-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of+/- 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed

Designing, providing, installing and fixing factory finished custom designed cold form Light Gauge Steel Framed super structure comprising of steel wall panel, trusses, purlins etc manufactured out of minimum 0.75mm thick steel sheet as per design requirements. The Steel sheet shall be galvanized ( AZ - 150 gms Aluminium Zinc Alloy coated steel having minimum yield strenghth 300-500 Mpa) conforming to AISI specifications and IBC 2009 for cold formed steel framing and construction and also as per IS:875-1987, ISO 800-1984 and IS:801-1975. the wind load shall be as per provisions of IS 875 (part III). LGSFS frame shall be designed as per IS:801 using commercially available software such as Frame CAD Pro-11.7/STAAD PRO-V8i/aRCHITEK V2.5.16/Revit architecture-2011 or equivalent. Proper usage of Connection Accessories like Heavy Duty Tension Ties, Light Duty Hold-ons, Twist Traps (to connect truss with wall frames), Strong Tie, Tie Rod, H-Brackets, Boxing Sections, L-Shaped Angles for better structural stability. The framing section shall be cold form C-type having minimum web depth 89mm x 39mm flange x 11mm lip in required length as per structural design requirement duly punched with dimple/slot at required locations as per approved drawings. The slots will be along center line of webs and shall be spaced minimum 250mm away from both ends of the member. The frame can be supplied in panelized or knock down condition in specific dimensions and fastened with screws extending through the steel beyond by minimum of three exposed threads. All self-drilling tapping screws for joining the members shall have a Type-II coating in accordance with ASTM B633(13) or equivalent corrosion protection of gauge 10 & 12 ,TPI 16 and 8 of length 20mm. The framed shall be fixed to RCC Slab or Tie beam over Neoprene rubber using self-expanding carbon steel anchor bolt of dia as per approved drawings and design subject to minimum 12 mm diameter and 121 mm length conforming to AISI 304 and 316 at 500mm c/c with minimum embedment of 100mm in RCC (RCC to be paid seperately) and located not more than 300mm from corners or termination of bottom tracks complete in all respects. The item also includes the submission of stability reports duly examined and issued by any NIT/IIT. The rate includes the concept design, detailed design, fabrication of sections, transportation, installation and all required fixing arrangement at site as described above.
