M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in chajjas and the like and complete all as specified. Note:- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for providing Micro concrete with MICROCRETE at the rate of 25kg per 0.0125 m3 with 20% properly graded 5mm to 10mm silt free aggregate as per manufacturer instructions and mixing concrete with mechanically electrically operated mixer machine etc all as specified and directed. Make: CICO MICROCRETE of CICO Technologies ltd or equivalent in Fosroc/STP/BASF

Rough finished flat form work to Chajjas, chullah hoods, water troughs and similar items including edges and formwork including necessary struts, scaffolding etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 8mm dia rebar using HY-200 chemical from HILITI or equivalent including drilling hole of required size in RCC beam/lintel complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for removing of rust from existing steel surfaces with rust removrs of SIKA Rustoff 10 applied two coats @ 0.15Ltr/Sqm per coat and cleanng all rust with steel wire brush and washed with wter/chemical complete all as spd and dir by Engr-in-Charge.(Make- SIKA/BASF/FOSROC.)

M & L for application of Anti corressive coating with SIKA Rustoff friazinc on the exposed reinforcement proper mix applied @ 0.25 Ltr Sqm of exposed steel surface as per manufacture's instruction complete all as spd an dir by Engr-in -Charge. (Make- SIKA/BASF/FOSROC.)

S&F galvanised welded steel wire fabric as extra reionforcement to RCC members like ceilings, chajja’s, beams, columns parapet walls, waste slab etc including all cutting and waste (wt not exc 4.00 kg/Sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of epoxy resin (FAIR BOND EP) on old concrete surfaces @ 0.30Kg/Sqm including preparation of surfaces as per manufacturer's instructions and applying 25mm thick (average thickness) of cement ,sand & Aggregate (1:1.5:3) in ratio aggregate n'less than 6mm size mixed with chloride free concrete plasticiser as per manufacturer's instruction with guniting applying manual and finished the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.(Manual applied) Make : Fairmate chemicals or equivalent make of SIKA/BASF/FOSROC.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces of fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or other than of fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone/brick masonry built in cement mortar including coping etc all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Demolition of PCC of any description not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of roughened surface of sunken floor by brushing with wire brush to remove all dirt and apply a coat of cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per sqm and Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 using WPC finished rough (sunken floor/wall) and then applying two course treatment as follow :- (i) Applying bitumen primer @ 0.40Kg/Sqm (ii) Laying APP (Atactic polypropylene) modified membrance 3mm thick and weighting not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm with 100 GSM/Sqm non woven polyester mat as center core reinforcement, laid with 75 mm side over lap and 100mm end over lap.
