Obtaining assistance of external agency in maintenance of vehicles at Ambikanagar/Ganeshgudi garage and store works at Ambikanagar

The prospective Bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor at least one similar nature of work or assisting in Power house works or providing outsourced labour services of value not less than Rs. 12.04 Lakhs in any PSUs or Government Dept or Power plant or Reputed organizations in the preceding five years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). In proof, Bidder shall furnish copy of Work Order and corresponding Work done certificate/satisfactory performance report issued by the competent authority (in case of state/central Government/Government under taking from officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent cadre and in case of KPCL not below the rank of Chief Engineer) with reference to the previous similar work done by the contractor. (A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous work/purchase orders to bring the current price level of 2026-27)

The bidder should have a minimum financial turnover or average annual financial turnover of Rs. 24.08 Lakhs in any two financial years from the preceding five financial years (i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26.). In proof, the bidder shall upload scanned copies of annual turnover certificate/ profit & loss statement duly certified by chartered accountant. (A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous work/purchase orders to bring the current price level of 2026-27)
