S&F 20mm bore Gun metal gate valve (ISI marked) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing spray jet, brass chromium plated with and including 1.5 metre long PVC flexible reinforced pipe for EWC for 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified & as directed.

NOTES FOR LED LIGHT FITTINGS : (i) All LED light/luminare shall meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (ii) Contractor shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM-79 and LM-80. (iii) Contractor has to furnish a on site replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of contract. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (c) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen (or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries.

Supply and fixing wall mounting bracket (suitable for fixing/holding street/security light fittings) made of 40mm bore GI pipe ‘light grade’ not less than 1.20m long, bent to shape at required angle, fixed to wall with & including mild steel clamps (02 Nos) made out of flat iron 50x6mm with nuts, bolts & washers, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB, 6 to 32 Amps, Single Pole & Neutral, 240 Volts, 16 kA, ‘C’ Curve, with over load and short circuit protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Exhaust Fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, 300mm sweep, 230V, 50 Hz, 1200 RPM, Copper winding and connecting with & including 1 Sqmm, three core, flexible multistranded copper conductor cable and connected from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI wire 4 mm dia (upto the test point / cross arms earth lead upto 7.5 meter length from top of earth plate) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 15 mm bore GI light grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, Pit cover & frame including necessary excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I. Notes :- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) The unit rate includes earth lead upto 7.5 meter length from top of earth plate.

Supply, fixing and testing of automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type Voltage stabilizer and designed for input variation between 170 volt to 250 volts with out put voltage stabilized 230 volt with accuracy of + 2.5% of capacity 1 KVA with mounting bracket complete with time delay relay complete all as specifief and as directed.

Boring holes under main road, pavements, hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine for accommodating upto 150mm bore pipe including all necessary returning filling & removal of surplus soil upto 50 m distance complete all as directed. Note : Pipe shall be measured & paid for separately under respective item of BoQ/Schedule 'A'.

Supply & fixing HDPE DWC pipe of outer dia 110mm and inner dia 95 mm for laying of cable laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Necessary earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item.
