ADDITION/ALTERATION AND SPECIAL REPAIRS TO BOUNDARY WALL AT OUTER MARKER (ILS) AT CORTALIM, GOA

Taking down / out loose & damaged concrete /cement plaster from soffits of ceilings, floor / roof slabs, vertical surfaces of columns, beams etc., including exposing and removing rust from the reinforcement by rubbing with wire brush and removal of debris to a distance n. exc. 100 mtr and depositing where directed

M&L for gunniting exposed concrete surfaces of column 40mm thick with one layer of conplast spray set modified concrete in proportion (50Kg cement 3 to 6mm granite chips 75 kg zonal sand 75 kg and complast 2% by weight of cement.

S&F hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia not exc. 4 Kg/sqm.

Bonding the entire exposed surface with one coat of fosroc Nitop bond SBR as per manufacturer instructions over whire fabric and surfaces of concrete structure

M&L Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

S&F Fe-290 (Gde E-165) Rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, races etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. S&F mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shaps as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc ; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) embedded in concrete/masonry complete duly tar painted and sanded the embedded portion of angle iron including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for razor tape concertina coil 610mm dia, 9 SWG hot galvanised springs, 125 to 127 clips per coil, 50 circle of wire in each coil ( coil coverage of 6 to 8 RM and weight (not less than) 8.5 Kg per coil), Zinc coating 250 to 300 gms/Sqm, GI wire, GI clips, GI pins and fixed on top of compound wall with angle iron bracket complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc, all as specified and as directed. Note : Each line of wire will be measured.

M&L preparing new surfaces of iron and steel and removing existing treatment and applying one coat of redoxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of Epoxy anti- corrosive paint over 10 cm width or girth

M&L for removing excavated material in soft disintegrated rock to a distance exc. 250m but n.exc 500m and depositing where directed.
