Providing lifting, hoisting and laying R.C.C. of M-25 Grade to base of columns and footing, columns, beams, plinth band, lintels, chajja, shaft, fins, roof slabs, balconies, stair cases, parapets, window sills, lofts, railing, jally, copping or in places as shown in the drawing for all floors with 20mm and down graded size black hard crusher broken ships of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing and vibro compacting to proper shape and size, level and plumbs and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth (if required providing plaster with cement mortar (1:4) wherever necessary without any extra cost) including rigid smooth centering and shuttering, scafolding, watering (excluding reinforcement bars) and curing for required period including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, royality, loading and unloading, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Fly ash brick masonary of size 25cmx12cmx8cm and crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 in C.M.(1:6) in F&P including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, royality, loading and unloading, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge. (FOUNDATION)

Fly ash brick masonary of size 25cmx12cmx8cm and crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 in C.M.(1:6) in Super structure including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, royality, loading and unloading, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge. (SUPERSTRUCTURE)

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false works and dismantlling them after casting including cost of materials complete in G.F.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in cm (1:6) on the rough surface/ plumbed surface of masonry racking out of joints, scrapping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plastered surface smooth to proper plumbs and level and providing grooves as shown in the drawning including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, royalties, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the driection of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing 16mm thick cement plaster in cm (1:6) on the rough surface of masonry walls for all floors including racking and joints, scrapping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plastered surface smooth to proper plumbs and level and providing grooves as shown in the drawning including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, royalties, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the driection of the Engineer in Charge. supplying fitting and fixing of vertrifed tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm(plain) of approved make conforming to IS: 13755 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement: 4 Course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost , conveyance, taxes, cost of all labour etc. complete.
