Complete dismantling of M/S ABB make 245 KV Air pneumatic circuit breaker with mounted frame, struture, jumpers and all 03 linkage poles, pipe line of SF 6 gas for all poles safely along with M/S Indersol make air compressors installed for 220 KV TBC bay at 220 KV S/S Sikandra by using hydraulic crane at site including shifting up to store & all cost of material, T&P and labour. This work also includes opening of old cable connection. AC, DC from existing CB with proper tracing from C&R panel of TBC bay at 220 KV S/S Sikandra.

Fabrication/retrofitting of base structure for each pole of M/S GE make 245 KV spring charge SF-6 circuit breaker on old foundation by using MS plate having 20mm thickness of size 250x150sqmcm MS plate should be retrofitted as per current foundation drawing i.e hole matching unit base in breaker structure by using lath machine as per site requirement. (All cost of material, MS plate, T&P and labor will be provided by contractor on their own cost).

Proper, safe & complete erection of M/S GE make 245 KV spring chareg based circuit breaker on fabricated/retrofitted structure with all 03 poles & entire CB mechanism by using hydraulic crane on 220 KV transfer bus coupler bay at 220 KV S/S Sikandra. This work include shifting of CB from S/S store, fixing on base structure as per drawing/manual, fitting of all 02 linkage poles, pipe line of SF-6 gas for all poles assembly etc up to completion of works satisfactorily.

Proper and safe cable termination on M/S GE make 220 KV spring charge based circuit breaker for smooth protection of 245 KV TBC bay at 220 KV S/S Sikandra including proper ferruling with required T&P for completion of work as per drawing. This job includes making neccessary required supply and fixing of Ferule of appropriate size and no., respectively for each core of cable and its termination with crimping type lugs and all associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. Contractor will arrange all required farruls, labor, lug, cable gland and T&P at his own cost.

Proper & safe double side earthing of circuit breaker mechanism & each pole assembly by using 75x10 sqmm MS flat along by using proper wielding and connecting MS round bar by digging ground. This work also include two coat painting by red oxide primer and then by two coat of green Asian Paint. (Supply of 75x10 sqmm MS flat will provided by agency)
