Supply and laying heavy duty armoured LT underground cable 1100 V grade XLPE insulated,PVC sheathed multi stranded aluminium cable of sizes 95 Sqmm 3.5 core in pipe/trenches/cable duct/ fixed on wall by proper size of shaped GI clamps with nut bolts etc and making good the disturbed surfaces by cement mortor/painting to match the existing, connecting with all accessories lugs and glands, all as specified and diected.

Supply and laying heavy duty armoured LT underground cable 1100 V grade XLPE insulated,PVC sheathed multi stranded aluminium cable of sizes 120 Sqmm 3.5 core in pipe/trenches/cable duct/ fixed on wall by proper size of shaped GI clamps with nut bolts etc and making good the disturbed surfaces by cement mortor/painting to match the existing, connecting with all accessories lugs and glands, all as specified and diected .

Supply, erecting, testing and commissioning complete of manufacturer or OEM manufactured, silent type Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set capable of delivering 160 KVA, water cooled, 415 Volts (AC Three phase, 4 Wire system of supply) 50 HZ at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG Set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with engine control panel and AMF panel , fuel tank with mounting arrangements and exhaust pipe complete and for conditions prevalent at AF Station Borjhar including PCC foundation( of suitable size leaving at least 1.00 M all around for ease of movement and 1.5 M height), anti-vibration pads, including all features to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and Comprising of followings:-

ENGINE(Prime Mover): Diesel Engine 1500 RPM , direct injection ,6 cylinders ,four stroke, confirming to ISO3046/BS 5514, water cooled,turbo charged BHP to drive Alternator capable of delivering 160 KVA at outdoor atmospheric conditions at AF station Borjhar asking all derating factor into consideration),12/24 Volt(as per manufacturer recommendations) electric battery start including Battery as recomended by OEM complete with fly wheel all standard fittings/fixtures as per manufacturer recommendation and including suitable panel with tachometer, lub oil temperature, pressure gauge and frequency meters and also including self starter system, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic governor and Engine protection system(shut down, high water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc) fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumables etc. Engine should conformly latest CPCB norms for ,emmission control ie (i) Nox+HC <04.0 ii) CO< 0.2 iii) PM,0.3 iv) Smoke limit (light absorption co-efficient,m-1<0.7

Alternator: Brushless AC alternator, 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 4 wire, rated for output of 160 KVA, Minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP 23 Protection class enclosure, insulation Class "H", salient pole, revolving field, single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine.Applicable standards IS 4722/BS 5000.

BASE PLATE: made out of structural steel as per manufacturers recommended design/specifications.

(ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated after seven tank process, the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75 % load under field condition and ox, 70DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load along with testing conformance, labeling certification etc as laid down in GSR No 371(E) dt 17 May 2002..

Foundation/Plinth/Base: Shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations, however minimum 1.0 m Space should be available all around the DG Set.

Diesel storage tank of capacity adequate for storage of diesel for 12 hours operation og Gen Set.

MISC: Tool kit, Operation and Maintenance catalogue, spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices.
