Job order Scanning of Service Books

JOB ORDER FOR DIGITISATION OF OLD RECORD/SERVICE BOOKS (a) Scanning the pages of old Record/Service Books as available in Book/register form in A4, FS/Legal size with suitable scanner and storing the scanned soft copies in PDF/JPEG format on digital media like hard disc, DVD etc, indexing and linking the each file to existing Automation system (HRM-1.0) individually. Two sets of soft copies in form of hard disc/DVD/CD shall be given to consignee. (b) Taking out service books from E1R(PC-II) section of this HQ category wise and scanning each and every page serially of service books year wise and making year wise details in a single folder of each emply and sharing the data with details such as MES No, name and cat, for easy finding whenever reqd in hard disc and further copied in CD (category wise) and after scanning old hard copy of service books will be properly tagged, filled and place back again in section. (c) High speed scanner compatible with Boss software reqd for Job work for scanning of existing service books 2750 Nos shall be arranged by the vendor for the job work. (d) The above requirement makes one Job and total Nos of pages appx 346500. Rate may please be quoted per page for above requirement. Note: Bidders have to maintain/ follow the following:- (I) Due confidentially required will be maintain while working. (ii) Office timing of this HQ on working days will only be allowed for working. (iii) Qty of Nos of pages is appx and may increase/decrease while actual working. (iv) In any case, loss of the original hard copy will not be accepted being very sensitive documents.
