Providing and fixing ISI marked flush doors, shutters, decorative type frame of hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering on both faces of shutters 35mm thick including ISI marked anodized aluminum butt hinges with necessary 2x9x1.40x2.10 = 54.20 Sqm

P/F paneled or paneled and shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked black enameled M.S pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws excluding paneling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (1st class kail wood) 35mm thick.

P/F 35mm thick wire gauze shutters using galvanized M.S wire gauze of average width for aperture 1:4mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked M.S pressed but hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws of 1st class Kail wood

P/L of vitrified floor tiles in different sizes ( thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4coarse sand) incld grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc complete size of tile 60x60 cm

P/F Ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturers) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 13755 of NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in color such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red, Brown laid on 20 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:4 (! cement: 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete.

P/F 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 13753 of minimum thickness 5 mm of approved make like NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY KAJARIA, or equivalent make in all color, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Applying 15mm thick cement plaster on the rough side of brick wall in (1:6) cement sand mix.

Painting with oil wood preservation of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (Two or more coats) including with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work

Making plinth protection 50m thick of cement concret 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand:6 graded stone agg. 20mm n/size)over /5mm of dry brick blast 40mm nominal size well rammed in consolidated and grouted with fine sand incl. finishing the top smooth.

Steel work welded in built up sections for roof trusses including cutting, welding, hoisting etc including cost of steel primer.

P/F Track deck crill make or equivalent H.I rib profiled sheets 1000 to 1020mm cover width 28-35 mm high crests at 250 to 255mm T.C.T (total coated thickness) high tensile S.M.P Galvalume steel. The sheets shall have wide panes with 3 No stiffing ribs, effective water shedding and special male/ female ends with full return legs on side Lapps for purlins support and anti capillary flute inside lapp. The sheets shall have a hot dip metallic coated of Zinc and aluminum (150gms/sm) zinc/ aluminum coated mass total on both sides AZ-150 as IS-1397, 550 MPA yield stress. Providing silicon modified polyester coating of approved colour of total thickness of 35 micron comprising 20 micron exterior coat of S.M.P over micron polyester back coat over 5 micron primer coats on both surfaces including side and end lapp and using 8mm Galvalume hex self drilling fastener on each crest of sheet for connection with purlins and seam bolts at 300mm centers on all sides and end lapps etc (measured for unit of laid area)

Providing and fixing of hips of width 60cm overall width color coated sheet 0.63mm thick fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts nuts complete.

Providing and fixing of 9cm width overall in color coated sheets 0.63mm thick fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks bolts and nuts complete.

Providing and fixing of 12mm thick soffit boarding/ paneling of well seasoned budloo wood including jamp works as polishing.

Providing and fixing of 40x300mm eaves boarding of first class kail wood.

Providing and applying of 3mm thick POP punning over plaster surfaces to prepare the surface even and smooth.

Providing and fixing false ceiling of 10mm thick ply board including cost of supporting frame work.

Providing and fixing of glass panes 3.5mm thickness as per specifications with first class deodar beading up to size 40x50mm in wooden frames and painting as per specifications.
