Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness incluidng labour & T&P required etc complete as per the OPWD Specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m. incluidng labour & T&P required etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause - 301 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works.
Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150mm, compacted at OMC to achieve minimum dry density conforming to Table 300-2 as per Technical Specifications and Clause - 305.3.4 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).
Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications & direction of Engineer in Charge and Clause -305 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits minimum 8 CBR with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications & direction of Engineer in Charge and Clause -305 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision). and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Turfing the slopes of embankment with compact turf grass as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 307 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Construction of Granular Sub-Base by providing Grading-VI material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 etc complete and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth, ditches with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm. in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per OPWD Specification and directed of the Engineer-In-charge.
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with Paver in sub-base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc complete and as per OPWD Specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer (SS) at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing & laying Bituminous Concrete of grading -2 using crushed stone Gr.-2 materials & CRMB-55 grade of bitumen preparing preemixed materials with bituminous binder with hot mix plant, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per clauses 501 and 507 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.
Supplying and fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP - 63:2018.
Road marking with Hot applied thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising Glass beads on bituminous surface by providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including Reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5mm.is exclusive of surface applied glass beads The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes as per IRC: 35 etc complete as per OPWD Specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Painging two coats over a coat of primer on Concrete surface in Parapet incluidng labour & T&P required etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause - 803 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).
Providing & erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated steel metal beam rail, 70cm above road/ ground level fixed ISMC series channel vertical post 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2m centre to centre, 1.8m high, 1.1m below ground / road level, all steel part & filments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150mm x 75mm x 5mm, 330mm long complete as per clause-811 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).
