Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter area not exceeding 1.50 Sqm (without taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC 1:2:4 type B1, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note – The quoted rate shall be deemed to include for fixing of hold fast in the same opening irrespective of position of hold fasts and no separate item for making good of hold fasts shall be paid).

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls/stone masonry walls, concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface of sized 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat on fair faces of stone surface all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for machine cut Udaipur Green Marble Stone slab 18-20mm thick polished for wall lining (veneering to wall) in urinal partitions and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surfaces and half nose moulding (bull nosing) etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Brick work with fly ash modular bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of concrete block masonry/brick masonry in cement concrete 1:6 cement mortar and finished fair and smooth all as specified.

Material & Labour for preparation of old surfaces of ceiling including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts removing nails making good holes cracks etc on plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (acrylic) white or tinted over a coat of 1 mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or un-plastered surface including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (acrylic) white or tinted over a coat of priming over a coat of 1 mm thick wall care putty on walls upto tripple storeys bldg complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel painting to new wood surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surfaces over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.
