Providing and Laying cement concrete M-25 Design mix. not less than 1:1.5:3 nominal size (1Cement :1.5 Sand:3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundations,footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete in all leads and lifts.

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10 metre thickness) including attached pilasters buttersses ,plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Providing and Laying cement concrete1:1.5:3 (1Cement :1.5 Sand:3graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Suspended floors,roofs,landing shelves and their supports balconies beams,girders bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4meters and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain.

Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Beams , cantilevers, girders and lintens, sides and sofits of beam haunching,cantilevers, bressumers and heights not exceeding 1 meter from the floor complete in all respects in all leads and lifts & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing from work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finish including centring,shuttering, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceililng not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) with in all leads and lifts & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Construction of RCC over head tank 70000 litres in M-30( Design Mixed) with in 10 metre staging height from ground level to bottom of dome slab comprising of inlet,scour & over flow pipes as per deatails given below from G.L. to tank including bends of required degrees,valves of reqd.size conforming to relevants codes RCC Spiral 1.0 mtrs.wide stair case/MS stair case i/c GMS pipe railing as per IS specification,steel ladder 45 cms.wide of usual height as per site requirement M.S. manhole covers (Medium duty) 75xmx75cm fabricated with 3.15mm thick M.S sheet welded over M.S. angle iron frame of 40x40x6mm hinged on a frame of M.S. angle 50x50x6 properly grouted on the roof and having locking arrangement ventilator at Top done with minimum opening od 90x90cm. water level indicator including floats and measuring gauge, lightening conductor with earthing arrangement etc.The RCC over head reservoir shall include randering/plastering of the uneven expose surface, two coats of snowcem paint and any other component reqd.for the completion of the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.The offers shall also include detail structural drawing / design calculations to be approved by the competent authority based on the raft foundation by taking seismic forces in the design calculation expension joints as required at site.The offer shall also i/c the cost of providing and fixing of GMS/MS pipes,and valve/fitting complete i/c duck foot bends,puddle collars,expansion joints etc.connecting with rising main & distribution main with reqd. length from the edge of foundation and any other components required for the completion of job upto the entire satsfactionof the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of 0.36 MLD complete water purification treatment plant in shape of Rapid sand filter including cvost of site development , cost of construction of civil work, hoisting and erection of interconnecting CI/GI/MSERW Pipes and valves and all other works.This includes the construction of preliminary treatment unit such as raw water tank,intake chamber,presettling tank, flocculatore, secondary settling tank, rapid sand filter , back wash tank, clear water tank,pumphouse gallery,filterhouse,store room,attendent room, inlet chamber,parshal room, flume and solution tank, flash mixture , sliuce valve, manhole chamber of different reqquired depth for raw water tank,re-settling tank, flashmixture, flocculator secondary settling tank, rapid sand filter,clear water tank and backwash tank, piping arrangemetn, sluice valve and electric equipments / flash mixture, flocculator etc. sanocern paint in all structures and fencing works including inspection path, providing and fixing of flood light testing and commissioning of treatment plant including tranining of departmental official for 30 days including cost of chemical and further running the plant for 90 days with pumping set units for disposal of waste from water treatment published by CPHEEO ministry of Urban DEvelopment Government of India , New Delhi. The further includes combination of various treatment units based on flow diagram given in the abaove manual for construction of ulternative proposal for any other low cost treatment method based on existing plant working under similars conditions with necessary performance. The design of various units shall be confirm to relevant specification of BIS codes/ Mannual of Water Supply and Treatment. All the hydraulic design and structure in RCC work using design Mix M-30 complete in all respects and to the entire satsfactionof the Engineer-in-Charge.
