Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement or cement lime mortar in any position / any location and of any type above ground level, including cement concrete articles and removing rubbish / dismantled / demolished matrials outside to MoD land complete all as directed.

All as per the description of serial item no. 1 here-in-above but below ground level to a depth n.exceeding 1.50 metre including excavation, returning, filling in soils to make good dismantled / demolished and excavated areas and removing rubbish / dismantled / demoished materials outside the MoD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced concrete of any position, any location and any thickness, below or above ground level and removing rubbish / dismantled / demolished materials outside the MoD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in roof slabs, floor slabs, beams, stair cases , lendings, chajjas and similar works in any position, seperating steel reinforcement from concrete from measurement purpose and removing all rubbish / dismantled / demolished materials outside the MoD land complete all as directed. Note : Separating steel reinforcement and measuring quantity of steel reinforcement shall be paid for seperately.

Separating steel reinforcement from demolished reinforced cement concrete and stacking properly for measurement, complete all as directed

Taking down steel windows with steel guard bars, each window exceeding 1.00 Sqm but not exceeding 1.50 Sqm and removing from site of work outside to MoD land complete all as directed

Taking down chowkhats or frames (Steel or wooden) exceeding 1.50 Sqm but not exceeding 4.00 Sqm each and removing from site of work outside to MoD land complete all as directed

Taking down steel rolling shutters or frames exceeding 5.00 Sqm but not exceeding 12.00 Sqm each and removing from site of work outside to MoD land complete all as directed

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed trusses etc and removing from site of work outside to MoD and complete all as directed

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles on roofs including bedding mortar and removing from site of work outside to MoD and complete all as directed

Excavation in trenches for foundations, laying of pipes/cables, erecting of poles etc not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per the description of serial item no. 11 here-in-above but depth exc 1.5 mtr and not exc 3 mtr.

Returning filling in soils including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point or complete all as specified and as directed .

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in low lying areas.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, benching, bed plates, bed blocks and the like including necessory formwork as required including finishing exposed surfaces of concrete even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, erection and fixing in position 9.00 metre long, Steel tubular swaged poles complete with mild steel base plate, flat top welded type 410, SP-31 IS 2713 marked, drilling of necessary holes including bolts, nuts and washers as requried and painted with two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces of poles and two coats of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally upto the planting depth including painting 30 cm wide strips upto 1.20 m height from ground level in yellow and black colour synthetic enamel paint in alternate and marking numbering of pole at height and pattern as directed complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earth work and concrete work shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning LT underground electric cable XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade heavy duty aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 25 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ducts/along poles/through pipe /on wall/under road etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Multi stranded copper cable PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade of size 2.5 sqmm 3 core for connection from junction box to light fitting and making connections and testing for functioning of light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of 90 watt with system efficacy (lm/w) not less than 100 lumens per watt total system lumens not less than 9000 lumens, LED Inverter Street Light with with inbuilt RTC (Real Time Clock) made of Pressure Dia Cast Aluminium Housing, TOP MAINTANABLE and with clear heat resistant toughened glass, should have secondary lens for better optics, should have LM 80 certified LED with contstant current RTC enabled electronic driver with 5KV SPD, IP 66 protection class, Street light shall have Li-ion battery with minimum 5200 mAh capacity and shall have >1.5 hrs battery backup in case of power failure, Efficacy>100LPW, CRI>70, THD<10%,PF>0.95, Cut off voltage at 300V+ 10% and suitable for 50mm mounting pipe. Notes:- 1. Each luminaire should be printed on the luminaire fittings as "MES", CA No: GE(U)/CHM-24/2020-21. 2. The contractor shall submit test report from manufacturer of the LED fittings giving detail of each parameter /specifications of led luminaire mentioned in the BOQ item to comply with minimum requirements mentioned therein. 3. The contractor shall also submit LM-79 & LM-80 test report from any valid NABL accreditation laboratory. 4. The contractor shall submit warranty certificate from manufacturer for minimum 2 years.

Street light mounting bracket siutable for LED fitting upto 1.5RM made out of light grade GI pipe of size 50mm bore not less than 1.5 m length, bent to shape (120 degree) hot or cold for fixing / fitting at angular position complete with two Nos GI clamps with GI nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size and shape for fixing on pole/ wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Non metallic Junction box made out of PVC size not less than 24cm x13cm x11cm hinged with lockable arrangement incl aluminium bus bar TPN capacity 200 amps ,with one no MCB SP 2.5 amps 10 KA 'C' Curve with provision of tapping incoming and outgoing cable connection with gland box of suitable size and fixing on pole/grouting in PCC muff complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm surrounded by charcoal & salt buried directly in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.50m below ground level, connected to and including GI wire 4mm dia as earthing lead upto 7.5m length by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron, earth wire protected by and including galvanized steel pipe 15mm bore (light grade) & connected to earth test point/ main control board/ panel including necessary excavation & earth work, disposal of surplus soil not exceeding 50m, in any type of soil. Double wallled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 40mm outer dia conforming to IS 14930 Pt II with antirodent and non flame propegating properties of approved colour complete with fitting for cable protection, supplied and laid in trenches or under floors or through culverts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of 63 amp automatic street light switch using infrared sensor based NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of Natural light. Sensor alongwith suitable power contactors and incoming – outgoing MCB should be enclosed in MCB and supported terminal should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable enclosure made of Rust proof, electric shock proof, terminal proof and FR grade special moulding compound conforming to IP 66 protection class 2 enclosure made of thermoplastic polycarbonate and protected against weather influences all as specified and directed. : - (a) Three phase load of 5KW with 3 Nos Contactors, 3 Nos incoming MCBS & 3 Nos outgoing MCBs of 16-20 Amps each & circuit wiring (Copper) of min 10 Sqmm.
