Laying and Jointing PVC Pipe. Heading
Providing Bored Cast-in-situ R.C.C. pile in position as per specifications in all kinds of soil including cost of boring using drilling mud to stabilize the bore and flushing the bore of excess mud with freshly prepared drilling fluid by using pumps prior to placing concrete by tremie pipe in one continuous operation and including the cost of all materials and labour for placing of concrete and also including the cost of mobilization and hire charges of all equipment necessary for boring, welding of reinforcement cage as necessary and lowering of reinforcement cage, preparation and placing of concrete, including the cost of including the cost of concrete but excluding the cost of reinforcement and labour for bending binding etc. complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications and removal of excavated earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m. Work to be executed as per IS: 2911 (Part II Sec 2). Using tripod, winches Pile diameter - 800 mm.
Performing Vertical load test on single Pile in accordance with IS:2911(Part-IV) by hydraulic jacks on pile/piles with 1.5 times the design load including preparation of the head of piles with concrete of required strength for receiving the jacks with all ancillary arrangements for setting up gauges, construction of suitable platforms, keeping the loads and dismantling and removing all arrangement etc. complete as per IS specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge Testing load between 100 T and 150 T.
Supplying, fitting and placing un-coated HYSD bar reinforcement in Bridge Foundation including initial straightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Removing earth/sand filled poly bags/gunny bags from the channel bed/slope and initially depositing the same near channel bank at a place as directed by the Engineer-in Charge for measurement of Bag. & then disposing off the same at a distance not less than 150 metre from the channel site.
Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil for making embankments, repairs to the embankment, closing breaches etc. as per profile including supply and transporting the earth by truck or tractor or any other mechanical means on land , including loading, transporting, unloading and stacking with all lifts bothways and head load where necessary and depositing the same on embankments, clannels, filling depressions in requisite profile, levelling as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge within a lead of, Beyond 1.00 km and upto 2.00 km (Measurement to be taken on the basis of stack measurement / pre- post work section measurement after deduction of void as per norms. No extra payment will be made for stacking.) (For compensation for earth for land owned and arranged by Contractor add Rs 25.00 per m³ extra over rate of E/W for land owned / arranged by the Department. Royalty charge on earth @ Rs 29.00 per m³ & Cesses charges @ Rs 5.30 per m³ (i.e. Rs 15.00 per 100 cft), as per Govt. notification, which will be paid on production of necessary documents in support of payment made towards the royalties & Cesses.)
Earthwork in excavation in the canals / drainage channels / borrow pits / River bed / slope of bank as noted below as per designed section & throwing the spoils in layers of 25 cm. for making banks as per profile or to deposit the same in any other place within an initial lead of 30 metre and initial lift of 1.5 metre including breaking clods, rough dressing etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Ordinary soil / local soil / soil mixed with moorum or kankar / silt, dry or moist / slushy silt / sticky soil.
Cast-in-situ cement concrete blocks or lining units as per designed section and specification, in nominal mix proportion 1:1.5:3 (corresponding to M20 Grade) with well graded 20 mm down stone metal aggregate, laid in position by casting in alternative panels or otherwise to keep a gap of 12 mm between the adjacent units, over a layer of polythen sheet of thickness not less than 100µm to act as a separator between the bottom surface of the block and the sand cushion/ filter material laid below the blocks, including dressing, ramming, shuttering , finishing the exposed surface by trowel with out adding any additional cement and sand morter, curing and filling the gaps between the adjacent units by 5.6 mm down coarse aggregate to be compacted properly, with all leads and lifts including supply and carriage of all materials, complete, without the cost of sand cushion/ filter.
