Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, roof etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking down existing treatment (Tarfelt) includig plastering/screed bed on roof/wall of any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in padding on roof surface for correcting / making proper slope on roof, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Provision of Roof treatment consisting of the following items and operations complete all sepecifed and directed :- (a) M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) over concrete surfaces of roof, mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ML per 50 Kg by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instruction including finishing surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately) (b) Cleaning the roof surface from dust / dirt and any other foreign materials and applying a coat of bituminious primer @ 0.30 liters per square meter uniformily after the surfaces fully dried complete all as specified and directed. (c) M&L for applying a coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS 702 over primed surface of roof slab @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed. (d) M&L for APP based polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3 Kg / Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm or as per IS), laid over hot bitumen surface by torched application with the strict supervision of manufacturers technical supervisor including cutting & chasing 100mm x 75mm in the parapet to insert the APP membrane and sealed with and including PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (Mixed with and including polymer based liquid water proofing compound @ 200ML per 50 Kg by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s specification. Membrane shall be laid with 100mm side/end lap on prepared surfaces as per manufacturer instruction. The work shall be carried out strictly with the technical tradesmen and supervision of technical staff of manufacturer.

M&L for 20mm thick PCC tiles machine pressed, factory made as per IS-1237-1980 laid over and including a bedding layer of 20mm screed in cement mortar (1:4). The cement mortar screed shall be mixed with polymer based liqiud water proof compound @ 200ML per 50 Kg by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's specification / instructions and tiles joints shall be filled with polymer based cement proof joint filler manufactured by approved manufactured for Approachable roof. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Preparation of new APP based polymeric water proofing membrane surface and applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treating the sunken floor with preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, applying consisting of the following operation (a) 10mm thick plaster/screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 complete mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified & directed (Note- WPC shall be measured and paid separately) (B) Cleaning floor surface by wire brush brooming & removing dust & shall be painted with a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS; 3384-1986 @ 0.3 Ltr per sqm uniformily complete all as specified & directed (c) After primer the entire surface applying tack coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 grade conforming to 702-1988 @ 1.2 kg per sqm over primer (d) Over hot bitumen laying polymeric water proofing membrance consisting of 90 to 100 micron thick center core of HMHDPE Film with standard weight not less than 3 Kg per Sqm over entire area laid with 100mm side lap/end lap on prepared surfaces as per manufacture's technical instruction & sealed complete all as specified & directed (e) Again the entire floor surface applying tack coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 grade conforming to IS 702 @ 1.2 kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L broken bricks hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm , deposited , spread and levelled in layer n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:5:10), type E-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in , sub base etc mixed with liquid water proofing compound @200 ML per 50 Kg by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instruction including finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in leveling course to floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles (Ist quality) 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat grey cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles (Ist quality) of size350x250x 6 to7mm/450x350x6 to 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado and rises to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour of tiles fixed over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 & n.exc 500 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required, reconnection and re-fixing in position after cleaning and repairing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Thickness of GI section shall not be less than 3mm and shall be procured from the tile manufacturer. (iii) Section and hanging system shall have galvanizing of minimum 90 grams per square metre and of same make of tile. (iv) Work shall be executed by the manufacturer's authorised agency. (v) Old false ceiling shall be contractor property and necessary recovery shall be made as per rate specified in schedule of credit.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work, bed block etc all as specified and directed.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material.
