Dismantling of existing damaged concretes of slab, longitudinal beams, cross beams, hand rails, electric posts, low landings, screen walls, midtie beams etc and transporting the materials to the department stack yard as instructed by EIC leaving no brocken concrete pieces on the sea bed including hire charge of tractors, cost hire charge of required heavy mechinaries like concrete cutter, demolition hammer, breaker etc, cost of labours etc complete.

R.C.C. 1:0.9:1.8 using 2 cm size jelly for Pre-cast R.C.C. piles and for extending R.C.C. Piles In situ, excluding cost of fabrication charges which will be paid separately but including cost of cement, stone chips, river sand, shuttering materials, all labour charges for screening and washing of both the aggregates providing all shuttering, centering toggle holes and lifting holes, mixing concrete conveying and placing, consolidation with vibrator, curing, all labour charges for fixing pile shoes, transportation charges and running expenses of concrete mixer machine and vibrator etc., complete.

Centering and shuttering for wearing coat etc including cost of all materials (Cement, M Sand, 20mm Chips), form work, transportation charge of materials to the site, hire charge of mixer machine, vibrator and minor tools as per the direction of EIC etc complete.

Fabrication and fixing of reinforcement cages as per drawing for cast-in-situ piles as per the direction of Nodal Officer, including cost of material, fabrication, fixing dowels, shear ties, cutting, bending, tying, lapping and welding in position wherever necessary with black 18 SWG annealed binding wire, including all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to Work Site at Kadmath, cost of binding wires, all T&P required for the work and minor tools etc. complete.

Providing and laying PCC with 1:2:4 mix (1cement, 2 Msand, 4 20mm chips) for wearing coat as instructed by EIC including cost of all materials (Cement, M Sand, 20mm Chips) transportation charge of materials to the site, hire charge of mixer machine, vibrator and minor tools etc complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed acrylic plastic emulsion paint (extra) antifunges for jetty hand rail post etc. including cost all labour charges, materials etc., complete.

Painting two coats synthetic enamel paint over the steel surface after cleaning the surface including cost of all materials, labour charges, minor tools etc. complete.

Fabrication and assembling of steel pipe, GI pipe b cutting, removing as well as by addition to the structure to strength of Handrail of low landing at eastern side jetty, Gangway, Jetty gate etc. with various sizes of steel pipe, GI pipe, seamless pipe and other structural’s using welding with 4mm advani. Orlikah make over cord-s electrodes and gas welding as per direction of the EIC hire charges and running expenses of welding generator set, cost of all labour charges minor tools, cost of electrodes, gas cylinders including cost of steel pipe, GI pipe and other steel structural’s required for the work etc complete. including cost of all materials, labour charges, minor tools etc. complete.

Providing fixing of giant tyre as fender at eastern side berthing jetty inclduing transporting to eastern side from store yard, cutting GI chain to suitable length fixing in position to hooks provided on jetty to correct length and level through the eyelets of tyre fixing with D shackle etc., As directed by the EIC incldung cost of all labour charges, hire charges of crane but excluding cost of all materials. which will be supplied by the department as per the actual site requirement.

Lifting giant tyre fender of various size from sea bed spreaded along permises of Eastern side jetty berthing face of draught about 9 M to 15 M and shifting to the stack yard with in a KM including hire charges of Fork Lift /JCB crane, all diving equipments, tackels, safety measures, transportation charges, all labour charges etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Re-arranging the dislocated Giant tyre fenders of the berthing face of eastern side jetty due to the regular berthing of cargo and passenger ship by removing D shackle lifting and placing the giant tyre over the berthing jetty re arranging the GI chaines attending minor repairs to the chaine by cutting / adding pieces, chainging the damaged D shackles with new placing the tyres back on the berthing face as directed by the EIC locking to the U bolt with D schackles including cost of all labour charges, hire charges of crane, etc., minor tools but excluding cost of all materials such as GI chaine D schackle wire rope etc., which will be supplied free of cost of as per actual site requirements etc., complete.

Locking 2/3 Giant tyre fenders together with chane / wire rope firmly to one another through the eyelets and providing clamps to the wire rops after tighting to the required level including cost of all labour charges minro tools etc., but excluding cost of all materials which will be supplied by the department free of cost as per the actual site requirements.
