Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure and all type of on classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks ( Where blasting is prohibited) such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera as per drawings and technical specification clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidential . The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm(three decimal fifteen millimeter) thick welded with angle iron in frame of 30x30x5 mm (thirty into thirty into five millimeter) size so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses,plinth and string courses and the like including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement: four sand:eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm( forty millimeter nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all heights / depths including enitre carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/ stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm(hundred milimetre)dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(v):20(H)(one vertical twenty horzontial) towards drawing face complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 614,709,1204.3.7 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidential. Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, walls(any thickness) including attached pillasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars , popsts, struts, buttress, string or lacing courses parapets, coping bed blocks , anchor blocks, plain windo sills, fillets, sunken floor upto floor all level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :1:3:6 (one Cement : three coarse sand): six graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) as directed by Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials. Providing and laying reinforcement cement concrete work of grade M-25(M-twenty five )design mix to obtain the minimum crushing strength of 25 N/mm2 (twenty five Newton per millimeter square ) with minimum cement content of 400 kg (Four hundred kilogramme ) per cubic meter mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforced concrete work in suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies beams,girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto all height including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.
