Renovation work for Hall 003 in Cyber Building at CSIR-NGRI

Description of Items :

Providing and fixing homogeneous Polyvinyl chloride sheet/ tile(Make of wonder floor or equivalent ) in flooring and skirting in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesives of approved quality and manufacturer like Dunlop S-758, Fevicol SR-998 or equivalent including joints welding, rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg all complete as directed by Engineer, in approved colour and shade. 2mm thick sheet.

Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles(make of Aerolite or equivalent) of approved texture spintone/cosmos / Hexa/Quadra or equivalent of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main 'T' runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross "T" of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main'T' at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross 'T' of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calicum silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture (Spintone / Cosmos/hexa/Quadra) in the grid, including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main 'T' runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of required size fixed to ceiling with necessary fittings, G.I. adjustable rods with galvanised steel level clips, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main 'T' , bottom exposed with 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by engineer-in-charge.(NOTE:- The false ceiling is below 1.0 mtr or above from ceiling. The rod will be used as per existing false ceiling.)

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS: 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868.(Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15), fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necesssary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling, C.P. brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately.) For fixed portion Polyester Powder coated aluminium (Minimum thickness of polyster powder coating 50 micron)

For shutters of doors, windows and ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC/neoprene gasket required, rolling wheel, hings, push handle etc. Polyester Powder coated aluminium (Minimum thickness of polyster powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated three layer medium density(exterior grade make of Green ply, or centery ply) particle board Grade I, Type II conforming to IS:12823 bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, of approved brand and manufacture in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass/stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge.Prelaminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC/neoprene gasket/EPDM rubber etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item.) With glass panes of 5.0 mm thickness

Removing of Existing steel false ceiling and stacking of the servicable materials and disposal of unservicable materials out side the NGRI campus.

Removing of Existing damaged / worn out PVC tiles flooring from the wooden tiles and again placing in the original position in proper manner.

Providing and fixing IS: 3564 marked (make of Godrej) aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories (having brand logo with ISI IS3564 embossed on the body , door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm ) and screws etc. complete

Providing and fixing bright finished 100mm mortice lock with 6 levers without pair of handles for aluminimum door with necessary scrrews etc complete(Best make of approved quality as Godrej, Sheel etc)as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and fixing S.S. tubular handle bar 32mm outer dia, 3.0mm thick &300 mm long SS screwes etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.S.S. tubular handle bar

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS:1868) transpa- rent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etc as required. Twin rubber stopper

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised(anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS:1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete. 300 x 10 mm

Reuse/refitting of the existing removed Aluminum partition/door sections including required cutting of Aluminum section, particle board, glass, etc and refixing of aluminum section in place including fixing of particle board, glass, etc and providing new rubber gasket, necessary screws, etc to complete the job as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish out side the campus as disered by contractor. The masons,technicians who have insured as per government norms shall be to work.

Electrical Works:-SITC Split AC 1.5 TR Inverter model high wall mounted.Heavy Duty) Make; Mitsubushi,O-General including required copper pipe of required size and length, out door unit stand etc to complete the work in all respect.

SITC LED FALSE CEILING LIGHT 2'X2' wiring & lighting in the false ceiling for SITC of pre wired 2x2' reccessed LED fitting, 36W, including connection with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVD insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc., as per site requirement and instruction given by engineer incharge.
