PILE FOUNDATION

Boring for Bored cast in situ piles 500 dia to any depth in any type of soil strata/soft/weather rock by DMC or any other approved method all as specified and as directed including mobilization & demobilization of piling equipment, making approaches to site etc and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance 50 metres using complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Carrying out initial load test on 500mm dia piles following tests all as per IS complete all as specified and directed including necessary anchoring and support piles suitable load/ size to be casted as required.

S & F MCB 06 to 32 Amps SP `C` series, complete all as specified and directed Make:L&T,Cat No-BB 10320C or equivalent model in Standard/Legrand/HPL/Havells/C&S

SCHEDULE 'A' PART -VI (COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE MAINTENANCE AND MANNING & OPERATION OF LIFTS)

Outsourcing of services during defect liability period (DLP) for Operation and maintenance of Electrical Lift (8 Passenger lift) by deploying one operator(Skilled) in each Shift per day in two shifts (Each shift of 8 hours) including Sundays and Holidays for 01 lift for building(G+3) who will also act as a assistant for rescue in case of any failure of lift/in emergency all as specified and directed complete for following period.

(a) 1st year after completion i.e during defects liability period (1st Year) ( for 01 Lifts)

(b) 2nd year after completion i.e during defects liability period (2nd Year) ( for 01 Lifts)

(c) Operation and maintenance during 1st year after expiry of defects liability period

(d) Operation and maintenance during 2nd year after expiry of defects liability period

(e) Operation and maintenance during 3rd year after expiry of defects liability period

Comprehensive maintenance, servicing and repairs including renewal/replacement of defective parts of electrically operated 08 passengers Lift after completion of 2 years of defect liability period suitable for ground plus three floors ( G + 3 upper floors ) with speed 1.5 m/s and Automatically operated door system for the following period.

(a) Comprehensive maintenance during 1st year after expiry of defects liability period (3rd year after completion of Phase I work)

(b) Comprehensive maintenance during 2nd year after expiry of defects liability period (4th year after completion of Phase I work)

(c) Comprehensive maintenance during 3rd year after expiry of defects liability period (5th year after completion of Phase I work)

Notes for Serial Item Nos -13.01 to 13.03 above :- (i) The rate quoted is deemed to include all/any charges related to renewal of lift license and lift insurance from State Govt/Other Agency. (ii) The rate is inclusive of all items as required at site including any spares to keep the lift operated all the time. (iii) The Maintenance of the lifts should be done through the OEM. (iv) The contractor should attend the complaint/breakdown immediately. (v) Maintenance of the lift should be done as per manufacturer instructions
