Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubish of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceremic coloured /elevated wall tiles of size 350x250x7mm / 450x350x7mm thick, fixed over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) in vertical surfaces of walls as dado/ skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) as in flooring etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile n.exc 0.36 Sqm, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) as in flooring etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description including rakingout joints, hacking for key and washing down and providing 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description including rakingout joints, hacking for key and washing down and providing 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer and 1mm thick wall care putty on plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing decorative treatment of any description and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1mm thick wall care putty on internal surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall & celling boards (fiber pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets of any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of plain colour sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete as per manufacturer's instructions and specifications.

S&F 5mm thick and 35mm wide PVC sheet fillet for wall paneling inclusive of fixing to wall to make PVC frame as per specifications and shown on drawing.

S&F 18 mm thick PVC sheet minimum 600 Kg density grade 1 quality of both sides plain white colour rigid and glossy finish, fixed with screws, solvent cement / adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions to make kitchen cabinet / cupboard sides, top and bottom and shelves inside complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Kitchen cabinet / cupboard accessories like handles, hinges etc shall be measured and paid for separately against respective item of BOQ.

S&F 18 mm thick PVC sheet minimum 600 Kg density grade 1 quality one side decorative lamination and other side plain white colour to make kitchen cabinet / drawer / cupboard shutters, fixed with screws, solvent cement / adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions to make kitchen cabinet sides, top and bottom and shelves inside complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Kitchen cabinet / cupboard accessories like handles, hinges etc shall be measured and paid for separately against respective item of BOQ. (b) Colour and design of prelaminated board shall be approved by AGE(I) / Enigineer-in-Charge.

S&F 100 mm long stainless steel handle and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm long stainless steel butt hinges and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anti-termte treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling holes not less than 12mm dia & 300mm deep at 150mm centre to centre along the external perimeter of wall and plugging with cement mortar (1:2) immediately after filling the chemical emulsion in apron / plinth protection snd finishing to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for anti-termite treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole including drilling holes not less than 12mm dia & 300mm deep in existing flooring of any description at 300mm centre to centre each side and plugging with cement mortar (1:2) just after filling the chemical emulsion and finishing to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for anti-termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.50 litre per hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same and finishing to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
