Repair & Maintenance of existing 08 passenger/544Kg (operation suitable for G+10) lift of Johnson Make installed at AGV complex, Air Force Station Kanpur by engaging authorised electrician/mechanic of OEM including replacement of original Johnson spares as required at site. All minor spares as required are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. The lift must be tested as per BIS 14665-2000 at site before making it operational and must be checked by lift inspector of the State Govt. department. Necessary associated civil work is deemed to be included in the item. Note:- (a) Any other minor items required shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost and deemed to be included in quoted rates. (b) The contractor shall enter a MOU with OEMs for repair, maintenance and replacing of Johnson spares of lifts. Supply & Laying jointing, testing and commissioning LT XLPE insulated armoured LT 1100 volt grades heavy duty with aluminium stranded conductor cable passing through pipes, induct, wall on poles, in trenches etc size of cable 25Sqmm, 4 core including taking out old existing cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The rate of termination and connection of cable including providing suitable size and nos of lugs by crimping as directed and specified shall be deemed to be included in the item rate.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc. 1.5 meter wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for fixing pole/stay assembly and laying/taking out cables complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Excavation & earthwork for cables shall be carried out by JCB or manual method as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge).

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance not exc. 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning (dry sand) to under ground cable for cable protection with layer of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth after laying the cable, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness of sand layers shall be measured and paid.

M & L for bricks for protection cover to under ground cable (with old size sub class ‘B’ bricks) with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of PCC/Hard standing/WBM road not exceeding 20 cm in width not exceeding 30 cm in depth for passing of LT cable and making good of disturbed surface to match with the existing surfaces by using old and new material i.e bitumen/PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 complete all as specified and directed .

S&F and commissioning of Booster pump for 440V, 3 Phase 50 Hz confirming to IS-12469:1988 with CI casing, bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft mounted on heavy duty bearings suitable for 440 V, 3 phase, 50Hz 36m head,450 LPM discharge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS ERW pipe 80mm dia including cutting and welding, fittings for fire hydrant all as directed.

All as per item No 11 but pipe of size 150mm

S&F pressure switch universal type suitable for 450 LPM discharge capacity confirming to IS all as directed.

S&F pressure gauge 4 “dia (0-14Kg) rating ISI marked complete all as directed.

S&F Non return valve (NRV) of size 150mm ISI marked & confirming to relevant IS for fire header including nut, bolt & washer complete as directed.

S&F of Copper conductor PVC sheathed cable stranded 3-core of size 16 Sqmm multistrand with suitable copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fully automatic star delta starter for Booster pump set capacity 450LPM discharge and 36 Mtr head including connecting all incoming and outgoing copper wire all as directed.

S&F gun metal landing valve single headed 80 mm dia, flanged inlet 63 mm dia instant type female outlet complete with gun metal & cap & chain twist release type lug ISI marked & confirming to relevant IS complete all as directed.
