Technical specification and Information brochure of the Equipment/ instruments in original

Compatibility for the tender Specifications & Clarification for the deviations

Service center in Bangalore & Technical staff available. (Section XV).

Tender form Signed- Section-VII & The tender document shall have Seal and Signature on all pages including the Annexure by the authorized signatory

Non Refundable Tender form fee of Rs. 5000/- plus 18% of GST in the form of DD scanned copy to be uploaded in E-procurement and During Technical Bid Hard copy ot DD to be submitted Compulsory.

GST clearance certificate for the last three financial years or GSTR 3B return of each month of last 3 months

The equipment quoted should have the approval of all the Competent authorities and shouldhave F.D.A or C.E or I.S.O as per the concern Department Equipment Specification provided by HOD

Equipment & Quality control certificate as per preforma given in Section - XIII

80% Performance Statement to be submitted by the Manufacturer & 30% for dealer/ authorized agent as per proforma given in Section-X

Proof of performance (Supply orders/invoice copies) to be submitted by the Manufacturer, dealer/ authorized agent

The annual financial turnover of the Bidder for all the last three years financial years (Minimum Of 3 crores in each year) as per Annexure I

Bidders should submit to the copies of Annual Statement of Accounts for the Financial years of 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25. (profit and Loss Account/Income, expenditure and Balance sheet duly certified by the Charted Accountant with UDIN No.)
