Supply, erecting, testing and commissioning complete of manufacturer or OEM manufactured, static silent (Sound Proof enclosure) Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set capable of delivering 125 KVA), water cooled, 415 Volts (AC three phase, 4 Wire system of supply) 50 HZ at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG Set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet , outlet return inlet oil arrangement, exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Guwahati ( Capacity of Engine, alternators shall be worked out taking all derating factors into consideration) including PCC foundation ( of suitable size leaving at least 0.5 M all around for ease of movement and 0.5 M height), anti-vibration pads, including all features to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and Comprising of followings:-

(i) ENGINE(Prime Mover): Diesel Engine 1500 RPM , direct injection, 6 cylinders, four stroke, confirming to ISO3046/BS 5514, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive Alternator capable of delivering 125 KVA at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Guwahati, (Taking all derating factor into consideration), 12/24 Volt(as per manufacturer recommendations) electric battery start, complete with fly wheel all standard fittings/fixtures as per manufacturer and including suitable panel with tachometer, lub oil temperature, pressure gauge and frequency meters and also including self starter system, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and Engine protection system(Shut down, High water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc) fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumables etc .

(ii)Alternator: Brushless AC alternator, 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 4 wire, rated for output of 125 KVA, Minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP 23 Protection class enclosure, insulation Class "H", salient pole, revolving field, single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine. (iii) BASE PLATE: made out of structural steel as per manufacturers recommended design/specifications. (iv)AMF CONTROL PANEL: Factory made cubicle type floor mounted LT Panel board, indoor type made out of MS angle not less than 25X25X5 mm, and 2 mm thick MS CRCA sheet, front opening type , protection class IP-54, duly powder coated after seven tank process, with electrolytic grade copper bus bar of 400 Amps capacity for four poles, with all standard switchgear and protection, internal wiring of adequate size PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable etc and also consisting of followings:-

(V) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated after seven tank process, the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75 % load under field condition and ox, 70DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load along with testing conformance, labeling certification etc as laid down in GSR No 371(E) dt 17 May 2002.. (VI) Foundation/Plinth/Base: Shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations, however minimum 0.5 m Space should be available all around the Set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.5 M (VII) Diesel storage tank of capacity adequate for storage of diesel as per manufacturer specification. (VIII) MISC: Tool kit, Operation and Maintenance catalogue, spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices.(Note :- the rate quoted is deemed to include the rate of making plinth as per manufacturers instruction to install the DG set with AMF Panel and the height of the plinth (1:2:4) shall not be less than be 0.50 mtr from existing ground level or as directed by Engr-in-Charge).

Supply, install, test and commission LT Panel board, TPN 415 Volts, 50 Hz, out door cubical type floor mounted CPRI approved factory made, double door dust and vermin proof IP-54, fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick with 2mm thick for internal compartment duly powder coated fixed on angle iron pedestal made out of 50x50x6 mm with cable chamber for individual feeders for incomming and outgoing connections, one set of LED indicator lamp RYB with switch and fuse and the panel board shall be provided with proper ventillation including suitable size of cable alley copper bus bar suitable for carrying of current 400 Amps with suitable connections from MCCB out going to main bus bar shall be carried out with TPN copper bus bars of suitable rating and connections from main bus bar to out going MCCB's (intake point) will be carried out with TPN copper bus bar as per MCCB rating duly insulated and colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be rigidly mounted on suitable size of bridge insulator including necessary PCC foundation of minimum 0.50 m height positioned and fixed with suitable nut, bolts, washers etc to the MC pedestal all as specified and directed comprising of the following :-

(a) MCCB 315 Amps 4 Pole 50 Hz 415 V with thermal magnectic release having rupturing capacity 36 KA - 1 Nos (Incoming). (b) MCCB 250 Amps 4 Pole 50 Hz 415 V with thermal magnectic release having rupturing capacity 25 KA - 2 Nos (Outgoing). (c) MCCB 63 Amps 4 Pole 50 Hz 415 V with thermal magnectic release having rupturing capacity 16 KA - 4 Nos (Outgoing). (d) 3 Phase digital multi function meter model A, class 1, 5A with relay Vega Series - 1Nos. (e) Indicating lamp 240 volts LED type - set of three. (f) On load change over of 400 Amp capacity -01 Nos. (g) Single phase preventor (VSP-3) - 01 Nos. (h) Cable glands of suitable size for cable as per incomming and outgoing. (j) Panel wiring with suitable size PVC insulated heavy duty 1100 volts grade single core cable with copper conductor multistranded with terminal lugs. (k) Interconnection of bus bar and switch fuse/contactor with suitable size copper cable / strip of suitable size and fixing material and colour code PVC sleeves etc.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable , etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as directed.

All as per item No 03 above but depth exceedinf 1.5 mtr but not exceeding 3.00 mtr and getting out in soft/loose of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting pointcomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread clean dry river sand in cable trenches as in cable cushioning all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge

M & L for laying of Bricks in trenches as cable protection ; common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘B’ designation 75 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Tubes, 'light grade', galvanised, of 150 mm dia with all fitting to be laid in trenches or in floors as cable protection complete all as specified and directed

M & L for reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class EHV, type 1 with peak, size 450mm x 230mm x 50mm complete all as specified and directed.

S& F Cable route indicator for HT, brown colour, 6mm thick CI plate of size 100 mm dia welded to MS angle iron 50x50x6mm embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 block size 150x150x 160 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing and erection of steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 ( 11 Metre long) as per relevant IS specification including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and including making alternate red and black strips 30 cm height ( total 5 Nos) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air break switch suitable for horizontal or verticle mounting rotating type complete with 12 insulator of rating upto 400 Amps complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE HT UG insulated (Earthed) cable laid in trenches/or fixed on pole etc. with screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 Volt grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 Core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-II)-1985 laid in trenches/wall/ducts/poles complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Excavation & earth work will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the HT electric steel tubular swaged pole complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, MS work as in post and struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed driling holes, notching for wire etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E 165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised medium coated (as per IS 4826) fencing, any mesh, size and type complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,install,testing and commissioning AC 3 phase 50 cycle 160 KVA Transformer copper wound stepdown plinth mounted ,outdoor type 11000/433 volts at No load ,oil immersed naturally cooled with externally cooling tubes core type delta connected on primary (HV side and star connected on secondary (LV side) in a accordance with vector symbol DY-11 (vector group 4) with natural brought on secondary LV side and having tapping at +/-2.5%,+/-5%,+/- 7.5%to be changed by means of hand operated "OFF LOAD" tap changer. when measured by the resistance method after continous full load run in ambient temperature 48 degree centigrade .The transformer shall be complete with standard fittings all as specified and confirming to IS:335 of 1983 for oil and IS: 1180 Pt - I for transformer comprising of following:- (a)One cable box on LV side (secondary side) consisting of 04 nos of porcelain bushing with bushing rods complete with nut, washers, cable gland etc. (b) Oil conservator tank with filter type drain valve and oil level guage.
