M&L for Earthing complete with copper plate electrode of size 600x600x3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, filling in alternate layer and electrode connections by using copper strip 20 x3 mm as main earthing lead by means of nut and bolt / brazing at all joints and protected by light grade 40 mm dia GI pipe connected, and GI pipe light grade 25 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, and precast PCC chamber/pit 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregrate of size 450x450x250 mm on 600x600x100mm PCC base in 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded crushed stone, RCC pit cover with PCC 1: 2: 4 type C2 cover of size 450mm x450mm x50 mm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with mild steel flushed type handle 12 mm dia including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr all as specified and as shown on Plate No 3 of SSR Part I ,all as specified and directed. Note:- (a)Cost of copper strip and GI protection pipe up to distance 7.5 mtr shall be included in quotated rate of above items. (b) On testing after completion of job , If desird earth resistance(less than 3 ohm) is not found the earthing shall be redone at no extra cost to govt.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, filling in alternate layer and connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Schedule Part-I connected to earthing point and testing on completion with and including 15 mm bore light grade G.I. protection pipe (upto 7.5 M beyond outer edge of earth pit) precast PCC chamber/pit 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregrate of size 450x450x250 mm on 600x600x100mm PCC base in 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded crushed stone, RCC pit cover with PCC 1: 2: 4 type C2 cover of size 450mm x450mm x50 mm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with mild steel flushed type handle 12 mm dia including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr all as specified and as shown on Plate No 3 of SSR Part I ,all as specified and directed. M&L for boring underground of 100 mm dia upto 30 mtr depth below ground level in any kind of soil strata for insertion of pipe electrode 30 mtr length and copper strips etc. for bore earthing all as directed. ( 1 X 30 RM Each Bore)

M& L for lowering Galvanised iron tubing, 50mm bore, light grade with all fittings accessories for protection of earth strips complete all as specified and as directed.( 30 RM X 01 Each Bore)

M&L for copper strip 20x3 mm complete with saddles and fixing screws for fitting the strip for earth continuty conductor up to test points.

M&L for Aluminium strip 25 X 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductor and down conductor above ground level.

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire and incl making good using CM 1:4 and surface finished to match the existing surface & colour complete all as specified and directed

M& L for Earthing pit of precast chamber PCC pit 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregrate on PCC base 1:4:8 type using 40 mm agregrate of size 450x450x50 mm thick 250mm height complete all as specified and directed

M& L for precast RCC with PCC 1: 2: 4 type C2 cover slab over earth pit size of 450x450x50 mm including reinforcement (8 mm dia bar both ways @ 75 mm c/c) etc, including mild steel flushed type handle 12 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

M&L for MS sheet 300x300mm thickness 3mm and squar/round bar 10mm dia, 600mm long framed work with shape of 'T' etc, necessary welding, earth works, PCC 150x150x150mm, etc painted with synthetic enamelled paint over coat of red oxide primer with writing of EARTH PIT NO___TESTED ON___ RESULT___, and all arrangements complete all as specified & directed

M&L for laying of single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 10 Sqmm 1100 volts grade as earth continuity conductor drawn through in rigid non metallic PVC conduit of suitable size concealed on wall/ surface on roof/ceiling including making good the disturbed surfaces of wall etc complete all as directed. (Note : Non metallic PVC conduit rate included in the rate quoted).

Supply and fix test point terminal block made of 2 Nos porcelian insulator and 32x6mm GI strip 15cm long screwed including suitable size screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing porcelian insulator saddles of suitable size for roof conductors and down conductors and fixing with screws etc. refixing of existing aluminium/copper strip of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing 15 mm dia GI tubing, medium grade, ISI marked complete with all fittings, laid in trenches or laid under floors, fixed on walls with and providing clamps etc complete all as specified & directed

Supply & fixing Bib taps, standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed

Cutting of existing GI pipe line in position of size upto 80 mm dia and insertion of new tees, branches complete all as sprcified & directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/lose soil n.exc. 1.5M wide & n exc 1.5M deep for laying of GI/CI pipe line & getting out including forming bottom surface all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer n.exc. 25 cm in any type of soil after the pipe laid & tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed
