M& L for non skid dark coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick joint free (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exc. 0.38 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including demolition of existing tiles with screed complete all as specified.

Material and labour 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finishing the surface even and fair including cutting grooves 10mm x 30mm deep at every 3.0m interval and filled with bituminous mastic filling comprising 1 part of heated hot blown bitumen 85/25 and 3 parts of heated sand (all by weight) complete all as specified and as directed.
