S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.(Note : Height of the bldg up to G+3 storey including necessary safety arrangements) etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : Height of the bldg up to G+3 storey including necessary safety arrangements etc.,

M&L for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment confirming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium flat iron work in wind ties 40x6mm size fixed with 50mm/ 75 mm aluminium self staging screws with integral EPDM washer screwed in roof covering all as directed.(Note :- Height of the bldg up to 15 mtrs including necessary safety arrangements) etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in & raming earth/ broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering, & removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m & making good surface in soft/loose soil.
