Scope of the work:- i) Switchyard Maintenance: Regular checks, cleaning, and adjustments for switchyard equipment . ii) Power Transformer Maintenance: Comprehensive maintenance for power transformers. iii) 33kV VCB and CR Panel Maintenance: Inspections, lubrication, and replacement of faulty components. 6.6kV VCB Maintenance: Similar to the 33kV VCB maintenance. iv) Battery Bank Maintenance: Ensuring battery health and backup capacity. v) NGR maintenance: Ensuring NGR health and proper earthing.

Cleaning and maintenance of transformer body with oil drainge, oil filling and replacement with fixing of Bushing studs, rubber bushes, Bushing Gaskets and oil Gaskets of Top cover plate etc as required along with fitment of supplied items.

Transformer oil filteration including labour cost & oil filteration machine charges.

Fixing of oil cooled out door 33 kV Current Transformer & Potential Transformers over the structures of substation with necessary terminal connection along with dismantling of defunct CT & PT.

Supplying and erection of single piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 33 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 30 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 10 KA (station class) and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Wiring of control circuit unit with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper condoctor (With all necessary items of required grade such as terminal block, Copper links, ferulle, etc.)
