Preparation of all Architectural GFC drawings by co ordinating with structural and MEP engineers, Design calculations for MEP systems and all the GFC drawings for MEP systems to accommodate residentials like MSB flats with entertainment areas as required by the TNHB officers with necessary plan, section,Elevation (stilt+ 12 floors) and satisfying the DCR and DTCP norm and the same shall accepted by LPA authorities and approved by the Director of Town and Country Planning,Kanchipuram including preparation and revision of building type design drawings etc for Kanchipuram District as required by the competent approval authorities for approval. Architect should submit two sets of approved drawings, Tracing sheets and two CD's to the Departmental staff all complete as directed by the Departmental officers.
