Plastering with CM 1:4,12mm thick including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing, transporting,scaffolding etc.., complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying heavy duty concrete coloured/ grey interlock paver blocks in M40 grade approved design and size of approved make, quality and colour of having 80mm thick laid in required pattern , vibrating the pavers to the required level using vibrators,grouting sand in to the joints and compacting the blocks for its final level includig the cost of all materials ,labour lead,lift,T&P etc. complete and as directed by the Engineeer at site.

Supplying and laying of 25mm tk CC parking tiles in M20 grade with lacquer finishes over 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 to the required level and gradiant. The rate includes the cost of materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying, fabrication and erection / fixing in posistion of GI grating grills of required pattern and size and thickness using approved materials as per the drawing/ instruction provided at site. The rate includes the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete and as per the direction of the Engineer incharge.

Disposal of construction wastes, debris away from the site with an initial lead of 25 km to designated place for disposal of the same. The rate includes the cost of labour for loading, unloading, transportation, lead, lift etc., complete.
