Re-arrangement of 3.3KV overhead line at Pali UG mines Substation at Pali Sub Area, Johilla Area.

Erection of RS Joist pole/'H' beam/steel tubular/steel rail pole of length exceeding 10 metres but not exceeding 15 metres in cement concrete M-10 (1cement:3 core sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) base, foundation, muffing including excavation and back refilling etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galavanised) with 19/20 mm dia x 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm x45 cm x 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle (20 cm x60 cm),7/4.00 mm dia G.I stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in brick ballast foundation etc. as required.

Weaving of cradle guard as required.

Erection of cradle guard as required

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Supply and fixing of M.S. Bolt & nut with washer size, Size- 5/8" X 3"

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying and erection of 11KV (45 KN) Polymer disc insulator with 320mm creeping distance for 11KV overhead lines with galvanized insulator fittings, ball and socket type, and complete with galvanized strain clamp, bolts, nuts washer etc. as required. , 45KN over head lines with complete hardware fitting as clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.
