REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE COMPRESSOR AND ITS CONNECTED WORKS AT NAD DOLLYGUNJ UNDER GE MINNIEBAY PORT BLAIR

(i) S&F of scroll type compressor suitable for Refrigerant R- 407C working on 425V, 50 Hz confirming to relevent IS for 8.5 TR package type AC plant suitable to run in syncronization with same capacity compressor including mounting brackets, clamps nut bolts and electrical connections all as specified and as directed at site. - Each -2 The quoted rate is included the following :- (a) De-braxing of gas system pipe line to isolate compressor flush through gas system with Nitrogen to remove all dust particles, brazing flux etc., from gas system pipe. (b) Brazing the gas system pipeline and installing the compressor, pressure test the system and further vaccum the system to check any pressure drop and dust / moisture particles including tools, Nitrogen - cyclender, oxygen cyclinder, Acetylene etc., and testing on completion. (ii) S&F dry and wet bulb Hydrometer, ISI marked, plastic body, muesuring range,- 10° C to 50°C for laboratory use all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge Make : Omsons Germany Model No. 3200 or equivalent - Each - 1 (iii) S&F pressure gauge suitable for Refrigerant 22 & 407 of capacity 8.5 TR package type AC plant complete all specified and as directed at site. - Each -2
