Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables,Foundation filling of poles or stays.

All as per srl item No. 1 above item but exceeding depth 1.5 mtr and n exceeding 3 mtrs

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Returning filling, in including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as required.

M&L for good quality dry sand cushioning to under ground electric cable on layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable all as specified in clause 19.75 of MES Schedule part-I (2009) Note :Sand shall be fined sand as specifed and punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks of old size (230x115x75 mm) or of size locally available, laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium counductor, 1100 volts grade of crosssectional area 16 Sq mm 2 core.Note: Earth work (Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal), sand cushining , cable protection cover, GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of Schedule

S&F in replacement of old u/s service cable size 6 sqmm, twin core multistranded 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service with galvanised steel wire,complete all as spd and directed.

All as per Srl item No.17 above item but for service cable of size 10 sqmm,complete all as spd and directed.

Taking down defective street light fitting of any size/ type/ capacity from height of pole/walls/high mast of any location exceeding 7.0 m height for repair work and re-fixing back after repair work including checking, inspecting, testing and commmissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:a) The M/L for Items like lamp, electronic drivers, surge protection devices etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items here in under this Schedule b) Necessary tools like ladders & other T&P required etc shall be arranged by the Contractor. c) The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive for minor parts nut bolts, circle clips, clamps etc if any required at site.d) The M/L for repairs to LED panel is not included in the scope and shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply & fix replacement decorative path way light lighting LED decorative post top lantern for 360 degree 40watts 230 volts, 50 HZ, maple shaped in sothing opal/ prismatic finish made up of polycarbonate,including all accessories prewired complete. Note :- (i) Minimum 2 years gaurntee period of LED fittings (ii) Driver shall be IP 66 degree of protection potted seal type. (iii) Power factor more than 0.9

Repairs to High Mast/mid mast pole motor of Capacity 1.0 HP/0.75 KW 415 Volts 50 Hz 3 Phase 930 RPM and necessary rewinding with super enamelled copper wire all as per existing and servicing/greasing of reduction gear box complete all as specified and as directed.

Decarbonising of the control panel of High mast/Mid mast and including sevicing of parts such as contactors/timers including replacement of pitted lugs,thimbles, control wiring etc complete including painting with a coat of synthetic enamel paint

Supply and erect steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-11 (11.0 metres long) all as directed incl dismantling old one. NOTE :- Earth work, Cement concrete in foundation, coping etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply and erect steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) all as directed incl dismantling old one. NOTE :- Earth work, Cement concrete in foundation, coping etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

S&F in repair PVC insulated 3 core 2.5 Sq mm stranded Aluminium conductor cable for connecting OH line/junction box to street light fitting testing and commissioning all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 with 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation complete.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 with 20 mm graded aggregate for coping of poles and stay including form work.

Earthing complete with Galvanised Steel earthplate of size 60x60cmx6.3mm thick electrode and GI wire 8 sqmm dia as earth lead, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to earth wire 8 sqmm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of GI all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I, including testing on completion (Rates inclusive of neccessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, CI cover, funnel with watering pipe, suitable size of light grade GI Protection pipe for earth strip in ground etc. all as required at site for complete earthing).

S&F loop-in/ loop-out box of outer size size 250x210x115 mm made out of FRP(Hot moulded type) with weather proof canopy and locking screws along with with 5/6 Amps MCB - 01 No, 50 Amps rated 3 pole connector- 01 Nos, neutral link mounted and Din rail suitable size for mounting MCB/Connector etc complete in the box, duly fixed to to steel tubular/rail/PCC/RCC pole using 25 x 3mm FI clamp, including suitable gland and lugs for connecting cable complete all as directed including dismantling old one.

M&L for Galvanised iron round bracket made out of 40mm dia GI tubing including making provision for fixing of 04/06 no flood light on 11 mtr steel tubular pole ad fixing and connecting up of LED lights (LED lights shall be measured seperately under respective items of sch ) complete all as specified and directed. Note: The inner diameter of ring shall not be less than 1.0 meter

M&L for bracket for street light fitting made out of 40 mm bore pipe light grade GI tube bent to shape required, not less than 1.20 meter long, fixed with and including MS flat iron clamps made out of 40x6 mm FI, bolts, nuts, washers etc complete including dismantling old defective.

M&L for bracket for street light fitting made out of 25 mm bore pipe light grade GI tube bent to shape required,not less than 1.20 meter long, fixed with and including MS flat iron clamps made out of 40x6 mm FI, bolts, nuts, washers etc complete including dismantling old defective.

Removing existing 1100 volts grade, XLPE/PVC, armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor of sizes 6 Sqmm 4 core to 70 Sqmm 3.5 core from trench/ duct/ pipe carefully for identifying the defects and relaying the same after rectification of defects complete all as directed. Note: Earth work (Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal), sand cushining , cable protection cover, GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of Schedule

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of 09/11 m long steel poles incl removing oily/ greasy sports and applying one coat of aluminium paint complete above 1.5 mtr and one coat of synthetic enamel paint of black and yellow in alternate strip of 30 cm witdth upto 1.5 mtr height including applying a coat of white wash on pole cooping and lettering the pole details with white letters/black background etc complete all as directed
