Servicing of DG set 82.5KVA and 63 KVA water/air cooled (Kirloskar) by unscrewing nuts, bolts and servicing of DG set with checking, draining and changing of Engine oil and Coolant, checking and changing of V-belts, greasing and oiling of all relevant parts and topping up, Cleaning the inner body of Fuel tank and Radiator etc by removing sludge etc and reassembling the DG set after repair and replacement of unserviceable parts of DG set including repair of control panel, opening of alternator, water pump, starter motor for cleaning, servicing and refixing. S&F in repair fully automatic star delta starter comprising of voltmeter 0-500 V and ammeter 0-100 Amps, single phase preventor, over load relay and timer housed in single MS sheet powder coated enclosure suitable for up to 10 HP (Rating / Capacity of starter should be 1.5 times more than that of Submersible Motor pump) submersible motor pump including first filling of oil in oil chamber (If Required) and testing complete (Make :L&T, Cat Part No SS95983) or equivalent Cat Part of other approved make.

Labour only for servicing APFC panel board and checking all the contact terminals and capacitors, repairing the terminal wire circuits, tightening all kind of nuta and bolts, screws atc, cleaning inside the chamber, enclosure etc, checking the connection of CT coil from panel to main incoming source and repairing in case of any fault in connections all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for providing angle iron support under the NRV at Well No 2 including, cutting, bending, fabrication, welding, and one coat anti corrosive primer and one coat synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for painting with two coat of anticorrosive paint over one coat of primer on GI/CI pipeline of any size at Kesarbagh sump house, pump house No 1, 2 and 3 at Gundrai, bore well pump house at India lake, delivery pipe of UG sump monoblock pumpsets located in 6 x hostels etc after preparation of surface with sand paper complete without damaging other parts all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for replacing gland packing by dismantling Gland plate and stud, cleaning inside the packing house etc for suitable size of 150mm sluice valve, leakage testing and obtaining OK result from Engineer-in-Charge all as specified and as directed.

M&L for greasing on motor and pumpset nipples , replacing burnt gland packing of any size and of centrifugal/monoblock pumspset of any size and capacity including leakage and damiging testing and obtaining OK result all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Nuprine rubber / Leather gasket minimum thickness 8mm suitable for tightening the GI flange or any othe joints of 100mm dia with nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of old PCC foundation any type and size including removal of anchor bolt and removing debris from site at safe place as eco friendly manner all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water with the help of suitable pneumatic boring compressor at Gundrai and Kesarbagh whereever complete all as specified and directed.
