Roof Treatment of Main Bldg of Gp V and Gp-VI at CSD Depot and Demolition of Bldg No T-20 DAPS-II, Delhi Cantt in the area of AGE B/R-III under GE (West) Delhi Cantt-10

Note:- (a) Debris obtained from any dismantling or demolition shall be removed beyond MOD land and rates shall be considered inclusive in respective items quoted rates. (b) Contractor shall be liable to taking down and refixing of IGL Gas pipe line and meters if required during execution of work through IGL representative. (c) Contractor shall be liable to repair of electric cable/OFC cable/pipe line, etc. (any description) if damaged during execution of work. (d) Work shall be executed in multistorey bldgs (i.e. upto G+1 incl Mumty, Approx height -15 mtr). Rate of scoffolding/safety arrangements are included in item rates. No extra amount shall be paid.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing single layer on roof and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Scraping of old felt tar in roof tratment over concrete padding/slab of any type and thickness etc from roof incl sweeping,cleaning the surfaces washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete all as specified

Demolition of mud phuska on roof slabs, any thickness including cleaning of roof surfaces and removing the debris outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floors by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with waters to remove dusts etc. complete all as specified

Brushing neat cement slurry with 3kg/sqm all as specified

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding laid to required slope incl finishing the concrete surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cement mortar (1:4) for laying roof finish as padding finished with WPC 3% by weight of total cement, complete all as specified and directed NOTE :- Integral WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.complete all as specified and directed.

Apply oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 Litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87 to 0.89 Kg / Litre at 25 degree Celsius on the prepared dry roof surface.complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a tack coat of industria bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm incl cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L APP polymeric membrane min weighting 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric(wt not less than 150 gms/sqm laid on primed surfaces by torch application on method all as specified.

Supply and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from stone/brick walls including racking out joints for keys and scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering of ready mix mortar of approved make on brick work or concrete surfaces on external walls, finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement as whole or in patch etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering of ready mix mortar of approved make on brick work or concrete surfaces on external walls, finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement as whole or in patch etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick (average) ready mix cement plaster on internal surfaces on brick or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over and incld a coat of alkali primer (of approved quality and tint) on wall using painting roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper on walls.

M&L Preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper on ceiling surfaces.

Complete removal of existing treatment & levelling of walls/ceiling surface using Mechanical/Electrical operated sanding/scraping machine with inbuilt vaccum suction system to suck the existing treatment as retrived by scraping/sanding etc for obtaining smooth paintable surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over preparation of new/old surfaces. Note: All cuttings/holes in wall/ceiling will be filled by PCC/plaster to match the surface to existing surface in this rate.

S&F in repairs 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing complete in square n exc 0.50sqm each.

M&L for preparation of old steel and iron surfaces, kerb stone of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater cement pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

S & F 200 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 200mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairing of spalled concrete on RCC structure like columns ,beams,ceiling ,Chazzas etc in the following stages:-

Prepration of existing surfaces like chipping of unsound weak / loose concrete with electric hammer or manually including tapering all edges, making square shoulders of cavities etc. n.exc 50 mm thickness removal of debries, complete all specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying rust remover cum passivator Sika, fosroc, Asian paints, Berger or equivelent @ 0.20kg/Sqm/per coat or as per manufacturer's specifications to remove rust from existing reinforcement and wash with water jet to remove rust particles from reinforcement.

Applying two coats of epoxy based zinc rich rebar corrosion protection system of product : Fiazin (R) R @ 0.15Kg/Sqm/coat or as per manufacturer's specifications (Make ; Sika or equivalent)

Mixing & applying two component Epoxy resin concrete Bonding coat of Sikadur(R)-32 LP A & B @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm(Mixing proportion as per manufacturer's instructions) on prepared RCC surfaces as per manufacture specification including prepartaion of surface by chipping and throughly cleaning of surface complete whereever required over new reinforcement (if required) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Make : Sika) (Reinforcement will be measured and paid separatley).

Apply a pre-batched one component polymer modified cementious patch repair mortar n.exc 50mm in layer of n exc 15mm thick each of Product: Sika Mono Top®-122 F as per manufacturer insturctions and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Apply aluminised synthetic resin Concrete curing compounds for the prevention of premature water loss from concrete/mortar of product: Antisol®-E(WP)@ 0.10 to 0.20 kg/m2 as manufacturers instructions and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and applying a non shrink, polymer modified cementitious micro-concrete Rendroc RG 45 or equivalent from SIKA/BASF, etc having compressive strength in more than 40 MPa (BS 4551-80) at 28 Days, Tensile strength- 2 Mpa @ 28 Days, Flexural Strength(BS 4551-80)-5 Mpa at 28 Days. product shall have A1 Class Fire Rating confirming to EN1504 cl 5.5, Thermal conductivity of 1.5W/m degree C. Renderoc RG can be applied in sections upto 100mm deep. Pouring the same into the formwork using suitable arrangement or if required using pumping device for uniform flow of micro concrete. Rate is inclusive of preparatory works from item i) to item v) below, rates also includes cost of materials labour, tools and plants, cost of shuttering & scaffolding, safety arrangement quality control and testing etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer.-in-charge

Chipping of plaster and unsound/weak concrete material till reinforcement bars are exposed, which enabls their rust removal vides item ii) below, from slabs, beams, and columns etc. with standard power driven percussion type or pneumatic chisel of standard make as directed by Engineer-incharge including tapering all edges, making square shoulders of cavities etc complete and disposal of debris up for all lifts and leads .

Rust removal by Providing and applying Fosroc Reebaklens RR or equivalnet from SIKA/ BASF, a combination of acid based material, corrosion inhibitors and dispersing agents rust remover, for removal of all rust/ scales/corrosion from reinforcement bars before microconcreting or patch repair,It Shall be applied with brush for complete wetting of rusted metal surface at coverage of 2- 2.5 Sqm/ltr. & allow it to react for 16-24 hours. After 24 hours, a white layer will appear which will protect further corrosion of metal /steel for about 5-7 days. Before applying any protective coating, the surface should be wire brushed and thoroughly cleaned for dust with dry cloth.

iii) Anticorrosive treatment by Providing and applying Nitozinc Primer an epoxy based zinc rich anti corrosive primer having adhesive bond strength ≥ 1.5 MPa as per ASTM D4541, & shall comply to per ASTM B-117 to be applied on well cleaned, fully exposed and all loose scale , rust free rust free surface obtained by grit blasting or suitable means , to be done with coverage @4.5sqm/litres to achieve a minimum thickness of 40microns DFT or as per direction of Engineer-In charge.

Epoxy bonding for Old concrete & New concrete by providing and applying bond coat on the prepared surface with two component epoxy based bonding coat Nitobond EP of Fosroc make or equivalent using brush (or) spray as directed having specific gravity 1.15 to 1.2 gm/cc, Compressive strength(BS 6319 Pt.2) more than 40 MPa at 7 days, Flexural strength strength(BS 6319 Pt.3)- 35 Mpa at 7 days, Tensile strength (BS 6319 Pt.7)- 20 Mpa at 7 days, Shear Strength (BS 6319 Pt.4)- 10 Mpa at 7 days, having an over lay time of 6 hrs and 30 ̊C. Bonding agent shall have coverage not less than 2.5sqm/litres

Laying of reinstatement micro concrete shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat. Item rate is inclusive of materials all labour, tools and tackles. complete as per specification and as directed by Engr.-in-charge.

Work will complete only after proper wet curing has been done and testing of Microconcrete cubes filled up and cured by contractor during column jacketing work (100 mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28-day to be not less than 45 N/sq.mm) and NDT tests mandated under item "Testing of works"

Dismantling HDPE water storage tanks of capacity exc 500 & n exc 1000 litres at any level/locations/positions duly disconnectedping from water supply lines incl all necessary staging etc. as required and removing all as specified and as directed.

Supply, hoisting and fixing of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I incl connecting the overflow drain out, inlet and out pipes, tank nipple, elbow, bend, unions, sockets etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing of 20mm bore dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain/Brass CPVC SDR 11 with all fittings to walls with hooks, ceiling or laid on floor and incl concealed pipe lines complete all as specified and directed incl taking down.

M&L Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3.complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section in any position as in unframed work, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames n.exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation. etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets all as sfd and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings dressed stone work and Precast concrete articles, complete all as sfd and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15CM thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & directed.
