This Tender conforms to guidelines in GCC April 2022and will be in conformity with amendment as made time to time thereafter.For any matters not specifically mentioned in this Tender Paper, the provision of General Conditionof Contract (G.C.C. April 2022 or latest) for works as amended from time to time ,will govern this contract mutates mutandis.
In case the office remains closed on the date of opening day of tender due to any unforeseen circumstances like bandh, strike, natural calamities, riot and civil commotion etc. The tender will be opened on the next working day ats ame time and place.
Deviations from the contract or the technica lspecifications if any, RailwayReserves Right to accept or reject the deviations or the offer if not acceptablewithoutassigning any reason.
