Replacement of External Water Supply line from Rengali Dam -Phase-I

Supplying all labour T& P for Cleaning Shrubs uprooting stumps and small bushes below 1.00 mtr girth including all taxex, conveyance, cess etc complete but excluding GST on pre-measurement as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Earth work in excavation in foundation in hard / Stoney soil with all lead, lift , delft including dewatering dressing and leveling the bed and cutting the sides to design profile of the foundation trench as required and depositing the excavated materials including loading and unloading away from site of the work and spreading the excavated materials in layers not exceeding 0.30 in depth complete but excluding GST in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Filling foundation and plinth with clean and coarse sand well watered and rammed etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty, etc. complete in all respect but excluding GST and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and placing in position cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation with 40 mm & down graded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregate mixed including cost, conveyance, labour, royalty, including mobilization, demobilization, hire and running charges of all machineries, curing and cleaning with all lead, lift and delift etc. complete but excluding GST as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Brick work in C.M (1:6) in super structure with fly ash bricks of size 25cm x 12cm x 8cm having minimum crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance +/- 8% and laying the bricks on full bed of mortar in headers and stretcher by racking out joints to a depth of 10 mm on the face side including cost, conveyance, royalty, labour, curing and all incidental charges, scaffolding including all leads, lifts, deilfts, etc but excluding GST. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 12mm thick C.P.in C.M.(1:6) finished smooth over stone/brick masonry work including curing and using good quality screened sand from approved quarry including cost, conveyance, royality, with all lead, lift and delift etc. complete but excluding GST as per the direction of the Engineer -in- charge. (measurement will be taken on finished and approved surface )

Dismantling MS/CI pipes includind excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes mannually or mechanical means breaking flanged joints including stacking of the pipes at site within a lead of 50m incliding all taxes cess but excluding GST or as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge

Providing joints by welding beads/pass (Flanged welding with pipe) conforming to IS: 816-1998 (Single 60 degree but weld) to MS pipes and fitting at site by using welding generator including testing of joints incliding all labour, materials, taxes cess but excluding GST or as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge (200mm dia)

Providing and laying in trenches MS pipes of all classes conforming to IS: 3589-2001 & 3601-2006 of the following out side diameter as per specification complete (Earth work in trenches jointing of pipes specials and fittings to be measured separately) incliding all labour, materials, taxes cess but excluding GST or as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge (200mm dia)

Supplying fitting fixing of flanged joints conforming to IS:3114-1994 to flanged CI/MS pipes and fittingsof the following nominal diameters including testing of joints cost of bolts and nuts and rubber insertions incliding all labour, materials, taxes cess but excluding GST or as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge (200mm dia)

Supplying fitting fixing of cast Iron Sluice Valve (Kirloskar Make) withh double flanged ends for water supply works purposes conformity to IS: 14846-2000 for the following rating and nominal diameter as per the specification etc complete incliding all labour, materials, taxes cess but excluding GST or as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge (200mm dia)

Supplying fitting fixing 8" dia (200mm) with 12mm thick MS flange for welding with 219.10mm dia MS pipe incliding all labour, materials, taxes cess but excluding GST or as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge

Transporting & Stacking dismantled MS pipe of size 21910 mm Over diameter (Old Pipe) at store from work site including loading unloading Charges incliding all labour, materials, taxes cess but excluding GST or as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge
