Overhauling of Sewage Submersible Pumping Units of make Kirloskar/ Flowmore/ KSB/ Darling/ Xylem as and when required during contract period including to and fro carriage of units between site and workshop, disassembling of units at site, providing and fitting of mechanical seals and reinstallation after overhauling of pumps at site with defect liability period of six months. Overhauling of Horizontal shaft disposition sewage Pumping Units by way of providing and fitting of sleeves ,stuffing boxes as per sample, oil seals, gland packing, remetalling, turning, finishing at worn-out locations, providing and filling of lubricants including disassembling of pumping units, to and fro carriage of units between site and workshop, reinstallation and testing but excluding P/F of new bearings. The overhauled unit shall have defect liability period of six months. The old damaged bearings/sleeves/stuffing boxes are to be returned to Sub-divisional store against proper receipt. Servicing of 3 phase DG Sets of KOEL/ Cummins/ Cotton Greaves/Mahindra/ashok leyland make by way of providing and filling of Engine Oil, providing/ fitting of oil filters, fuel filters, air filter, disposing off the old M. Carbol 320 or Amocan 320 (BPCL), Alpha ZN 320 (Castrol), Harmony 320 (Gulf), Enclo 320 (HPCL), ServoMesh SP 320 or Servosystem 320 (IOCL), Avalon 320 (Veedol) (as and when required during contract period).

Providing and filling of lubricant oil Servosystem-57 (IOCL), Enclo 53 (HPCL) for lubrication of bearings of pumping units. The oil should be of highly refined mineral product of high emulsibility free from running and acid forming tendencies (as and when required during contract period).

Providing and applying of grease for bearings of pumping units installed within various pump stations and STP. The grades of the grease to be provided and applied is SERVO GEM-3 (I.O.C.L) or NATR or Lithon-3 (HPCL) (as and when required during contract period).

Providing and fitting of flanged cast iron sluice valves with bolted bonnet, inside screw, non-rising stem and hand wheel operated having PN rating of 1.0 and confirming to IS; 14846 as per the details given hereunder. The sluice valves are to be fitted after removing old damaged sluice valves from piping mains. Make: Kirloskar/ Kartar/ Zoloto/ Sir (as and when required during contract period).

Providing and fitting of cast iron non return (Reflux) valves, with flanged ends in swing type design confirming to IS: 5312 (part - 1) after removing old damaged check valve from the piping as per the details given hereunder(as and when required during contract period):

Providing of labour with requisite tools for bush cutting within the premises of 17.08 MLD STP around aeration tanks, pump houses, aerobic digester, sludge concentrator, sludge thickener and DG Set room through manual means (as and when required during contract period).

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular suctions/ appropriate -- sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with desh fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc., aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, metered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminum snap beading for glazing/ paneling, CP brass/ SS screws, door handles of approved make, providing/ fixing hinges/pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminum door, windows, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per directions of engineer in charge with float glass of 5 mm thickness (as and when required during contract period).

Providing and fixing of CGI Sheets for repairs to DG Set sheds after removing of old damaged CGI Sheets to protect the DG Sets from getting damaged.
