Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metres wide not exceeding 1.5 metres in depth; for laying of cables, not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out , trimming sides, forming bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and as directed .

Returning and filling in, soils, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick all as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metres above the starting point all as directed.

Material and labour for Unreinforced precast concrete cable covers, class LV, type 1, flat size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing 11 KV grade cable upto 35 sqmm size and Supply and laying New XLPE insulated, screened, bedded galvanized steel strip / wire armoured heavy duty with aluminum conductor, of cross sectional area 10 sq mm 4 core with cable protection works (as applicable) laid in trenches/ ducts/ fixed on pole/ wall/ laid under road/ path/ culvert/ drains/ encased in pipe, jointing and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing 11 KV grade cable 50 to 95 sqmm size and Supply and laying New XLPE insulated, screened, bedded galvanized steel strip / wire armoured heavy duty with aluminum conductor, of cross sectional area 70 sq mm 3.5 core with cable protection works (as applicable) laid in trenches/ ducts/ fixed on pole/ wall/ laid under road/ path/ culvert/ drains/ encased in pipe, jointing and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Screening excavated earth (passing through 12 mm square mesh), laying riddled earth in trenches for cable protection, under and above Cable all as specified in SSR Part - I (Clause No 19.75) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness of riddled earth of 18 cm will be measured and paid.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete foundations of poles, stays etc., including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of light grade Galvanised mild steel pipe 32mm bore complete with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed as for cable proction . (Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule)

Supply and fix in replacement of light grade Galvanised mild steel pipe 40mm bore complete with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed as for cable proction . (Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule )

M & L for taking down and providing earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part - I, including necessary excavation and earth work, P.C.C (1:3:6) type C-I with 50 mm thick Pre-cast R.C.C. (1:2:4) type B-I cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar), including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (light grade), wire mesh, aluminium lugs, complete in all respect, GI earth strip protected by 40 mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or Earthing test point as directed, including necessary earth work and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and necessary testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : 1. If the desired earth resistance is not found earthing shall be re-done by the Contractor at no extra cost paid by Dept.)

Taking out old existing coarse aggregate of any size , levelling and making good the surface and Supply and spread graded coarse aggreagate 40mm graded loose staking inside the chain fencing area of transformer or any area all as directed at site .

Disconnecting Incoming cable and all out going cables of any sizes from the Indoor/ outdoor panel, taking out all cables carefully as per site conditions and kept aside for reuse and reconnections in the new panel and taking out the panel from the site carefully complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation , Commissiong and Testing of LT Panel OUT DOOR, CPRI type tested, LT 440 Volts, 50 Hz , 3 Phase 4 wire supply , floor mounted factory fabricated weather and vermin proof protection class IP 54 made out of 3 mm thick MS Sheet CRCA Sheet on angle iron 50X50X6mm frame of size suitable to incorporate following accessories with front and rear opening double doors each side including separate compartment of door for each MCCB, handle type locking arrangement including suitable size SS Exterior type Aldrop, powder coated internally and externally shall have channel base of appropriate size and mounted on PCC foundation of size as required or approved by manufacturers in PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 , using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as recommended by manufacturer or directed by the Engr -in - charge including earth work complete comprising of following :
